I've been with Nethosted for several years now and I have always found the service first class. Customer care is second to none, I would not hesitate in recommending these guys as a hosting company.

They pay attention to security and are always willing to answer hosting queries as at any time - day or night - and often within a few minutes.

we chose to host our cricket club website with nethosted after some extensive research and price comparisons for our requirements. Having chatted to the customer support technicians (through my own ignorance rather than faults with the service!) they were understanding and more than helpful getting us up and running. Would definitely recommend nethosted to anyone thinking of starting up a new site on the web!

I have been with Nethosted for about four years now and I can safely say that their customer support is simply second to none! Whenever I have had any issues, the support guys are always on hand to sort things out or point me in the right direction. I am a website novice and openly admit that computer talk seems a different language but these guys are always there to offer assistance when you get stuck and I feel reassured that there is someone at the end of an email if I get stuck with anything hosting related! I cant rate them highly enough!!

I've hosted a website with Nethosted for 6 or 7 years now. Before finding them, I'd had some pretty painful experiences. Not only are Nethosted the best web hosting company I've experienced, they're one of the best companies I deal with in any field, period.

This is a company who go above and beyond the call of duty. They've rescued my website from my own stupidity (once) and from the maliciousness that stalks the net (several times). Even though I've known they'd be fully within their rights (and reasonable) to say "This is your problem to sort out", there's never been a hint of that. They just roll their sleeves up and get it together again. And that's happened at 9pm on a Sunday night, as well as at more civilised times. I'm just one small hobbyist MMO website, but they treat me like some important multinational! I really can't praise them enough.

I have been with Nethosted now for a year and I have to say I wish I had switched to them years ago.

When you think of Hosting Companies you'd expect them all the be similar in all aspects and then you look at the cost and you think "I will go with Hosting Company X because I've seen there ad on TV and they're only going to charge me £1.99 per domain".

Well, Nethosted are not similar to other Hosting Conpanies. The level of support that we have received has been second to none. All of the support team (Brad, Bret & Jack are the 3 that spring to mind) are ALWAYS helpful and never leave you in limbo.

Like I said, I wish I had been with them years ago.

Would I move? No chance. Everything is secure and the site is easy to navigate and also access to cPanel is easy as...

I have hosted a number of sites including my own with NetHosted for nearly 10 years. I have never had any issue whatsoever and any queries have been answered within seconds! even late in the evening or at weekends. Have recommended and will continue to do so. Many thanks to all the team.

Issues are responded to very quickly by knowledgable, polite staff who have never failed to resolve my issues first time round. I've been with NetHosted for over 10 years and I always recommend them! As well as their reliable hosting and easy set up they are so helpful if I have any questions. I have been with NetHosted for about 10 years now and I highly reccomend them. I know I have called them a couple of times very late on a weekend because of mistakes I have made with website design - they have been online and have helped me out so my sites were up and running again in no time - no other hosting company has such a great customer service. Uptime is continual (never problems) and their rates are very competitive.

We started using Nethosted for our new websites staging environment. For us, Nethosted is a crucial part of website review process and now we also handle our Javascript form processing with PHP scripts hosted on Nethosted.

At first we were confident that we would not require any assistance with getting our setup functioning. There have been a couple of occasions where this has not been the case and in all instances we have received prompt replies, one of which was urgently handling an SSL order which would have caused Javascript errors on our website for our 1.0 launch, from start to finish this was handed in a matter of minutes.

We also independently monitor our own uptime of the staging environment. So far we have had no interruption in service.

For one of my clients in Spain (!) I needed a UK based hosting provider. After doing some research I decided to try Nethosted and I haven't regret that. Their powerplan for hosting is everything you can wish for with unlimited webspace and bandwith. Most important for me was their claim to have an 24/7/365 customer service support and I can tell you they have! Their response time is impressive and even outside of office hours, weekends etc, they are always quick with a reponse. Best thing is they don't have like a first line support so you actually get in contact with people who understand your (technical) issues and actually solve your problems. Even when I had a problem with a third party server side script related problem, they were going to extreme length to find a solution while it was not even their problem. And that on a Sunday!

I would definitely recommend Nethosted and will advise all my future clients to use the excellent service of nethosted.

I've been with Nethosted for around 6 months now and they have done a great job hosting my site. It always loads quickly, it's a Drupal site and my last hosting company it didn't even load half the time. I've had a few questions for their support and got answers back in a few minutes, it's amazing by any company's standards.

I moved to NetHosted after hearing a lot of positive things about them on thinkbroadband, after a look through their testimonials section in the community it seemed like they had a lot to live up to.

Refreshingly, they are one of the first companies I have used that have! Other web hosts have been notoriously bad, but these guys give a friendly service, the support is unbelievably quick (I've had *HELPFUL* replies to support tickets within 2 minutes of submitting them!!) and their servers are fast as lightning!

I'll be with NetHosted for many years I think!
