First home buy experience

Today I finalized the completion of my first home buy, from the very start back in late December/early January the process & experience has been an eye opener, Newbold solicitors especially a Mrs. Charlene Griffin have been wonderful, they have been the most patient & helpful company I have used & should look to use again should I move home again in the future, I was to personally thank Charlene for everything she has done & the hardwork she has done & the team

As a landlord had a very stressful situation with tenant refusing to move out and I was unsure of what we had to do. I used Tracey at Newbold to purchase a new home. Tracey was super efficient, replied to every email query I had, on the same day and 99% of the time within 15 minutes of my email being sent. She was incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects, so helpful, kept me up to date with everything going on. As is the case with most new builds, there's a lengthy time frame involved. I knew upon plot reservation that it would be a minimum of 6 months, but Tracey made the whole process feel like 6 weeks. People say buying a house is the most stressful experience you can go through, I can honestly say that I never felt that with Tracey at the helm. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have already passed NewBolds telephone number onto to several people I know who are starting out on their home purchase. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking to purchase a new home, either from the ground up or as part of a chain, give them a call, you won't regret it.

The customer service was exceptional. Very friendly and no hassle. Kept us up to date with everything going on with the house and the progress.

Well what can I say about Tracey and her assistant Debbie.
Tracey was an absolute life saver with her calm and professional manner and her caring attitude which helped me through what turned out to be an extremely stressful time due to the other side's solicitor and equity release mortgage adviser. Both performed in a very unprofessional and questionable manner.
Tracey always answered her telephone calls if she was at her desk if not Debbie always seemed to be there to take up the reins. Debbie was always polite and professional and mostly up to speed with my case and able to answer my queries if not she would always come back to me as soon as possible.
I was mindful that I was not the only client that was being looked after by Tracey and Debbie but somehow they both made me feel that I was the only one.
'Gold Stars' from me and therefore I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying a home.

Katie and Gemma were amazing throughout what was a long and arduous process for us to buy our first home. They were always available, helpful and supportive, which for two first time buyers was super helpful. I highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs unless you want your sale to take way longer than it should due to delays and mistakes made on their part. Daniel Arthur was our solicitor from this branch and he was not only completely unavailable all the time but was also rude and patronising on the few occasions I could get hold of him. The sale process was a nightmare and proven many times it was the fault of my solicitors which were leading to delays within the sale. A simple sale with no chain took almost 7 months to complete. Definitely not worth the extortionate solicitor fees we had to pay, the service was awful and customer care was none existent. We were never kept in the loop and basically had to chase them the whole 7 months. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with this firm and not only will I be NOT recommending them, I will be actively telling people to STAY CLEAR of them.

There were some initial issues when I used this service but once I flagged up my concerns the matter was resolved and rectified.
I was attempting to gain vacant possession of my property which sadly had to proceed to eviction, but was aided by Donna Wilkins & Elisse Ricketts very well and the matter is now concluded
