Nicholson Heating Services, have serviced my boiler for the past four years and have arrived on time and left no mess. The staff have all been polite and professional.

I have had my oil boiler serviced by Nicholson’s for 5 years and am impressed by the service provided. The appointment is arranged with me and the engineer is always prompt and is well briefed on my boiler and what is required for the service. The boiler works very efficiently making the house very cosy. I would definitely recommend Nicholson’s for their knowledge and efficiency.

Booked in for a boiler service. Tech showed up on time, carried out his work quietly and efficiently (didn't even notice him when i was on work calls). And had a certificate in my inbox before he left. Great service. Great Price. Would use again

The time came around for a boiler replacement. I had seen the white Nicholson van regularly in our area and thought why not give a local firm my business.
So pleased we did. They came to give a estimate, they were on time, gave me several options and prices.
After a decision was made as to make/type of boiler and price they came on day chosen, again on time and installed the boiler. The engineer worked without pause until the job was completed. Its an old house with 2 foot thick walls so job wasn't easy but he finished around the time he said and then explained the working of the new boiler to me.
The workmanship is first rate and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Nicholson heating services came recommended and we were so happy that we used them. After miserable experiences in the past it was refreshing to at last find a company who were professional, courteous and great value. We will absolutely use them again and also sing their praises as well.

Nicholsons installed our Worcester boiler about 10 years ago and they have serviced it annually . The engineer who serviced it in October was surprised about the state of the boiler as he thought it had only been in a few years not 10. The system water was clear and the boiler internals were in A1 condition. Very pleased with the servicing by Nicholsons over the years. Would recommend them as a local family business.

Just had our annual gas boiler serviced by a young lad very professional, good knowledge of what he was doing,explained what he had done, and left my property clean and tidy,second visit from the same lad pleasure to have in my home.

Just had a boiler fitted by Nicholsons it’s our second one they have fitted for us, used them for over 15 years, and always been very honest and reliable. We had been having a chuckle today during the install about the previous review and how unreasonable people are so although I don’t ever leave reviews I’ve decided to leave this one as a show of support.

I scheduled a Heat Pump assessment with this company through an online form on their website at my holiday home for July 14th, they didn't turn up or even bother to attempt to contact me to cancel/rearrange.
When I enquired why they hadn't honoured the appointment they offered an alternative date on the day when I was returning home, which was obviously not convenient, so the appointment was instead rescheduled for October 15th when we were next at the property. I decided to email them the week before to ensure they still intended to honour the appointment. They said they won't be doing any more heat pumps for the rest of the year. so won't be attending. They had also previously not turned up for a scheduled Gas Safety Inspection so they have form here so I told them I thought their behaviour was disgusting and will be putting this in a review on Trustpilot, and this was the response I received:
"If that’s the case please find someone else to do all your future work. Ian Nicholson"
I deal with multiple suppliers with my holiday home, and have long term, very good professional relationships with all of them. However, this is clearly a very unprofessional company who think they can treat their paying customers so despicably, I'm more than happy to terminate the arrangement we had in place to find a more reliable alternative supplier.

Had my bolier serviced and the guy that did it was very polite and friendly was in and out with no problem he left the place as he found it and was very good with my toddler who kept running in to see what he was doing

First service on our new boiler. Engineers very polite and left no mess. Used Nicholsons for a few years now, they always do a good job.

Being able to phone up and speak to a very pleasant receptionist to book a boiler service is great. The engineers have always done a good job. I had a new boiler installed four years ago by this company and have yearly services by very efficient engineers.
