Nitrotek are a really good company to deal with. Orders are processed and despatched very quickly.

Ordering the r/c truck was really easy and it was delivered on time. As for the truck although my grandson hasn’t got it until tomorrow , I was very impressed with the build he is going to be made up. I have a couple of trucks and boats but this looks better than any I have.

Pre-sales very good, but after sales very poor!

I have had a stroke and as such cannot walk so after doing a little research, I ordered and bought a zipper x5 mobility scooter from them. It was good in the first few weeks and then things started to go wrong with it!

I lost the remote control for it, and when I made enquiries about them I was informed that they did not stock them on their own and that I would need to get a sender unit as well (which i understand) but they didn’t have any in stock and they were waiting on them coming in. About 6 weeks later reconnected them about this and a couple of other issues. I was told they did not do field repairs but could send it back to them for repair, but when I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime, I was basically told that was not their issue and it was in the t’s and c’s.

This week I discovered the battery was not holding a charge and the reverse alarm was not working (but the horn was), when I asked about the battery they sent me a link for a new one that I could purchase but guess what……. They were not in stock.

So I give up…..

I bought a pressure washer
Hoses and guns kept bursting after minutes using the machine. Then the throttle broke.
They sent replacements and when I "attempted" to fix it the machine wouldn't start.
Sent it back
Took SEVEN weeks to even look at the refunded order. Told me the engine was faulty and had blown. They wanted me to pay for parts and I refused and wanted a refund.
They are saying not everything has been returned like the tool kit or the ONE bit of paper foreign instructions to start the machine (not build it) they want to deduct £50 for not returning when I have returned it all bar that one piece of paper!
They are shocking at customer service!! Break the law! And fob you off with faulty machines!

It’s early days, but so far I’m very impressed with my new petrol jet washer! It’s really powerful and so far the 2 patio’s I’ve cleaned have come up really well, and it’s powerful enough to remove those black spots off patio slabs.

The service level when ordering a part and the delivery is a very smooth service.

However, this is the 2nd power wash spray nozzle I have had to but in the last 18 months. The nozzle internal washers must split or wear out.

I had probably only used the power washer 5 times since I purchased the last nozzle.

Read the Google reviews before buying. Terrible company, terrible products. Returned a faulty product and received a part refund because of 'loss of value'.

We purchased a Miller & Mason Petrol Pressure Washer, and it was a complete disappointment from the start—it never worked. When we contacted Nitrotek, the experience only went downhill. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, we were met with a series of frustrating obstacles. Despite the Consumer Protection Act of 2015 clearly stating that we are entitled to a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods, Nitrotek has refused to honor our rights.

A brand-new product that doesn’t work should easily meet the criteria for "unsatisfactory goods," yet they insist we return the item at our own expense—even for a large, heavy object like this washer. On top of that, they state refunds are conditional upon their investigation, leaving us uncertain whether we’d even receive a full refund or just a partial one with "mitigated postage costs."

This is an appalling way to treat customers. We’re now forced to consider legal action to resolve this matter. Buyers beware—Nitrotek and their Miller & Mason Petrol Pressure Washer are a disgrace!

Ordered zipper 16” bike as a upgrade to my sons 12” revi bike super quick delivery and came in 2 days my boy loves it there was a small rubber bung missing from under bike phoned Nitrotek and the had one sent straight out also recommended to 2 friends who also ordered the same bik

Nitrotek were extremely helpful when I rang and were able to supply the battery I required for a child’s electric balance bike that I could not obtain from the company I bought the bike from.
The battery came swiftly and was exactly what I wanted. Great service thanks!
