Delaying refund.

Delaying refund.
I am dissatisfied with the product, communication and overall service. The company is either uninformed with regard to the legislation for refunds, or is deliberately trying to avoid it.
Their response to my concerns is, "To confirm when an item arrives in enters a inspection queue, which on average can take 14 working days to be inspected. however with Christmas period this can be slightly delayed." This is out of line with the .gov website.
The generator which I returned is not suitable for its intended purpose. It can't be used in the wet. It cannot be used with ethanol fuels which restricts the petrol to certain expensive Esso brands.
I cannot recommend this company.

Quick next day delivery

Quick next day delivery, no issues and an easy to use website! I was sceptical about using a website I’ve never used before but I would definitely use Nitrotek again!
