I’ve ordered day 2 and day 8 test back in April, both test arrived exactly a day after my order which is very efficient. I’ve used my kit in May without any issues. I’ve posted samples using in post, it allows you to track your package. Day 2 result arrived on day 4 of quarantine and day 8 result arrived on day 10, so everything on time. Make sure to register your sample before posting it, really easy process and then you can track progress of your test. I reckon I would have had my results even faster if it wasn’t for the delivery time from south west to London. Thank you NL clinic

Horrible! A very rude customer service woman. No test kit yet she says that the fact I used their reference to enter the country meant there was no refund. She said it did not matter that I didn’t get the kit.

Appalling service. I am astounded that this clinic is a goverment-approved covid test provider. My daughter took her day 8 covid test on Tuesday. Royal Mail tracking shows it was delivered on Wednesday morning at 8am. It is now Sunday afternoon (ie day 13) and we have no result. I have called several times, during office hours, but the phone is never answered. Emails similarly unanswered. Shockingly bad. Avoid.

Paid £320 for day 2 & 8 testings for two peoples. It’s now the end of day 4 and still no tests.

No answers to emails, phone calls, or FB messages.

Government advice is to rebook with another company and pay again!! I will expect my money back.

Terrible service, they never answer the phone. Tests results were never on time.

Tried to book an appointment for the Day 2 and Day 8 Coronavirus tests. The online booking process kept offering dates and times that were then rejected. I spoke to someone who told me to book it for another date and time and they would change it manually. However, it rejected every date and time that I selected.

Useless. The code they sent me didn’t work on the government Passenger Locator website. Two emails and a day later the code finally worked. I’ve now been waiting more than 3 days for the results of my Covid test. I’ve asked for a refund and they have refused. How are companies this poor allowed to operate?

I booked a PCR covid fit-to-fly test and arrived early but the door was shuttered and the clinic was closed. No answer on doorbell, email or phone. I waited outside past my appointment time and no one showed up. Despite them telling me there was a booking error they still processed and kept my payment. I have a dispute ongoing with my bank to return my funds but nlclinic are contesting it. Terrible company and I wouldn't trust them with any kinds of testing, never mind aesthetic treatment!

I've booked my 2nd and 8th day covid test. I've been in the UK for 10 days and no tests have arrived yet. I tried contacting them by email and phone without getting any answer. I was forced to call 119 to get my tests delivered by NHS.
Don't use their covid tests service!

I chose to show up in person at a clinic after hearing all the postage nightmares, plus it gave me a good excuse to leave the house!
I used nlclinic in Camden and they were one of only a very few that do a clinic visit package day 2, 5 ‘early release’ and 8, all for £240
I got day 2 results after 33 hours

Day 8 after 32 hours
It was a great location, lovely staff, the most gentle PCR I’ve ever had 👍🏻 no queue, I could arrive whenever I wanted and get seen immediately.
If I had to come over again I couldn’t imagine a better walk in clinic service.

Booked day 2 and day 8 tests, they never send back the results so be prepared to book from another provider. Extremely Bad and Corrupt, not sure why Govt has allowed them to conduct day 2&8 tests. Keep away from this company everyone

Would not touch them with a barge pole:
They did not deliver, they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to voice mail, made no effort to try help to get the problem solved.
I booked day 2 and 8 test kit with NL two weeks prior my return to England.
When I arrived home; Friday night - No day 2 and 8 test kit.
On Saturday first thing I was able to leave a voice mail, asking how to remedy the situation speedily as day two test was imminent.
NO response. Many further phone calls - no response or engaged - voice mail option NO LONGER.
They seem to be unaware or indifferent to the consequences their inaction, inefficiency causes.
It seems that they have problems with their ordering system (if any 'system' in place at all).
I have communicated this to NL Clinic and told them I had to make other arrangements to comply with the Law of the Land; they did respond "okay thank you for your email, Best Regards nlclinic"
As a supplier on the Gov listing; not reliable enough imo.

Can’t get a hold of them the phone line is always busy. I spent £170 for a day 2-8 test no update on day 2 and I reluctant to send off for day 8. I will be making a formal complaint and getting my bank to refund me if necessary. I will also be informing the government who have them listed on the website and will be informing the employees who call me everyday whilst in quarantine. As I have not received a test result and they have asked.

Great service received my day two five and eight tests on time and got my results all in time I used their courier service and it did take a n extra day to get my day five test back but as it was done by post I don’t see how I could have received it any sooner. So I was released on day six

It is 72h after I took and sent my day 2 covid test and I did not receive my result yet. So already much later than the promised 48h on the website...

Never use NL Clinic, their customer service is terrible, I booked both a covid 2&8 test and a test to release i tried calling them with some questions and they never answer the phone nor answer emails.

I would give lower then 1 star if I could, stay away from them.

As it is an ongoing process I will be updating the review for the better or the worse.

2-5-8 Test ordered on 12/4 - the 2&8 arrived together on time.

Today is day 5 and I have not received the day 2 result!

They use "inpost" postal courier where you have to go and drop off your package at selected (not so dense locations) and it took more than 24 to make delivery within London.

It is impossible to get them on the phone and the phone message box is full.

They do not respond to emails unless it is for the payment
