Paul's customer service was faultless. He was highly professional but had a great sense of humour which made me at ease after a stressful morning, having my van recovered.
Paul walked me around the vehicle and explained details of the rental such as fuel levels and contact numbers I needed.

He was more than happy to answer any questions I had. He talked me through the process, explaining my options for returning the car, which helped put my mind at ease.
