I had a fantastic and friendly service from start to finish , Alika was so helpful as I need my van returned as I was unable to pick it up , she arranged for this to be done ,it saved my day … and then when my van was returned ,the driver Paul B ,was so friendly the service from Paul was fantastic , overall the experience I had with Northgate , was ten stars

Paul on reception was a great help
Paul on reception was a great help when I came in with my VW transporter van with an ad blue issue all booked in the following day and worked around my need's. Just a shame the workshop, garage took so long to look at it when it was booked in for 2pm and at 2.45 pm they finally started to get it looked and end then took what seemed for ever to sign the job card off I finally got home to Wiltshire 3 hours later.

Kyle and Lucy went above and beyond to arrange the correct vehicle at very short notice. They collected the correct vehicle and delivered it to my address within 3 hours absolutely recommend them and this branch great customer service
