Great staff
I visited the Crawley branch on Tuesday with a service light on and it needed to be reset I walked into reception and was greeted by 2 very cheerful, happy and chatty members of staff who sorted the problem out very quickly. I would definitely visit this site again if I lived closer. Keep up the great work Slate and Kyle. Thanks for the hot chocolate 😊😊

Crawley workshop
All these 5* reviews tell me that not all branches are run the same. Crawley workshop is absolutely abysmal. My van has been in there since Thursday 12th due to the EML being on.
It’s now Tuesday 17th, I’ve had no update, no communication whatsoever. I’ve emailed the workshop and got no reply. It’s at the point where I refuse to phone them. It’s all lies and poor excuses. Also haven’t had a replacement vehicle. If you are considering using northgate. Do not use the Crawley branch as this has been the same story for over 3 years. Workshop managers have come and gone but the terrible service remains the same.

Had an issue with orignally sorting to sort my van out with which branch could help etc. after a long 15 phone calls were made I contacted Jason Russell and he sorted it instantly for me. Went to the Crawley branch and a great team helped me. All of them were very helpful, good at what they’re doing and in all just nice people. Especially slate who was great help.
