Slate Grey dealt with our enquiries and hiring of two vehicles. It would be hard to come across someone more helpful. He listened and was very efficient. I can tell from his interactions with other customers he cares and these days he would be a very rare breed.

Even though I had filled my ad blue tank my warning light was still on and it said it would not start.
I turned up unannounced at the branch saw Kyle and Slate who with their team sorted it straight away allowing me to get back on the road for work within 1 and a quarter hourswhich was greatly appreciated

The high rating is purely for slate…
The high rating is purely for slate from the Crawley branch. He went above and beyond his duty to help me out. Northgate as a company isn’t as great unfortunately. Left me without a vehicle for nearly two weeks which my business relies on. I really can’t speak any more highly of slate although he had to let me down a few time much to which was out his power he still stayed late beyond his duty to make sure I got in a vehicle, much to which respect dosnt allow me to run my business as I wish but at least I can still trade, slate is an absolute credit to the company and if it wasn’t dealing with him I would be up a creak without a paddle . Thanks slate !.

Huge thank you to Slate who resolved my issues after what felt like an eternity of wasted calls to the workshop team.
Having booked my van in a week prior for routine servicing it has taken a phone call every day to Northgate to find out when we are likely to receive the vehicle back, only to be told by them that it would most likely still be a week before it is released from the workshop, I spoke with Slate about getting a replacement vehicle as my business urgently needs a vehicle, Slate went above and beyond to get me a replacement vehicle ready to be collected later the same day.
Massive thank you to Slate for getting this sorted!
