Fran and Tracy excelled in customer service
After a long frustrating night shift I arrived at Penrith Northgate where I was greeted with a warm coffee and a warm welcome, the reception team Fran and Tracy went above and beyond to look after me and us as a fleet customer. I was delighted to be so fortunate to have had the excellent customer experience and highly recommend this company due to the fact that they promptly and professionally handled my issues straight away and made sure I was properly provided with a solution and replacement within less than an hour, the whole team at Penrith made this happen and possible well done ladies and team. I am grateful for your service and your support
