Just done a swap on my van, had it for 9 years on rental, was asked about getting an upgrade at last service and Ali Mughal got to work, job done, here’s to another? Years of motoring and being looked after by the staff at the Reading depot.

I returned a vehicle to be off hired on…
I returned a vehicle to be off hired on 24/10, with a full tank of diesel. It took the branch until 1/11 to off hire and then the checklist showed half a tank of fuel and they could not say where it had gone as it had only been driven around the yard and only done 1 mile.
Not the first bad experience during my rental but certainly feels like I'm being scammed
