Excellent customer service and assistance
A big thank you to BP from the Southampton branch who supported my staff team with their breakdown and replacement vehicle. He went above and beyond with his assistance. They were both very complementary of the service and assistance he provided and the team at this branch. He has also gone out of his way to help us with the return of our broken-down vehicle. Thank you once again for all your hard work and help.

Used their workshop to get my car fixed. One tenacious mechanic would not give up until work was 100 percent done. Got to hand it to them they have one dedicated crew of mechanics. Keep up the good work

Great team in Southampton…
Recently bought in my van for service and as usual they team in Southampton always on hand and ready to go before I've even walked into reception. The new guys on front desk are really nice (they're new I didn't catch their names) offered tea or coffee each time. The guy on front desk took my van round to workshop I was a little pressed for time and he got my van prioritised in workshop and came straight away to tell me that it would be a little longer as I needed new front tyres. Both on front desk are a credit to the team and Manager Lee always makes his customers feel welcome
