Anton helped me swap vans…
Anton helped me swap vans after mine unexpectedly died and had to be replaced. He went over the van ensuring any small chips etc were found so I wouldn't be blamed for them in the future. The whole process was easy and stress free. Would 100% recommend

Very professional and friendly staff at Swansea northgate. As a fleet manager it helps working with such a great team in Swansea who always solve any issues for us. It's a big help knowing that if a van is off the road for too long they will source a loan vehicle for us and help keep us working. Northgate is the our prefered partner and will stay that way for a long time.

Great Service
Always a great service from this branch.
Chris the branch manager always makes a point of coming to talk to us with we arrive to see how we are.
Kevin will always find us a van when we request a hire. The workshop team are really quick to fix any issues we have with the vans. Even if we just drop in without an appointment. Thank you everyone at the Swansea Branch.

We have been using Northgate Vehicle Hire Swansea for a number of years. It is no exaggeration to state the fact that without their incredible service our business would not function in the same way.
We hire a multitude of vehicles from small vans to 4x4's and even on occasion flat beds.
Chris, Kev and Andrew are always available to us at the planning stage of long term or high volume hire and we know that they move heaven and earth to ensure that we have what we require...even when sometimes at the last minute!
We hire vehicles on both short term and long term projects. When on long term hire Ron and his team in the workshop are fantastic with their servicing, MOT's and even able to best advice us on tyres for when the 4x4's are really put through their paces.
All in all our fantastic working relationship with the team at Northgate Swansea is one that keeps our business moving.

Excellent customer service from the guys in branch Andy Kev and Chris. Great lads who can never do enough for us..any problem is dealt with swiftly and they have always made sure that downtime is at a minimum..best northgate branch by a mile.
