I'm a US based customer and have ordered from North Star a few times. Each time, the models have been shipped reasonably fast, and made it to the US quickly. Never had an issue with order accuracy or item descriptions nit matching. I'll continue to order from North Star.

I've bought a variety of miniatures and rulebooks from North Star over the years and consistently find them great. They have a vast array of sometimes very esoteric stock and generally serve a variety of niches that no-one else does. Great company.

I've been a North Star customer for more than four years now, and throughout all these years, from at least 100 orders, I have had two times when they messed up something. Of course, they always corrected the mistake in no time. The customer service is very helpful and friendly. I've got a very high opinion of North Star Military Figures.

I've ordered from them a few times, across several of the less mainstream ranges they stock (and one or two of the big ones). Every order has been shipped quite promptly and well packed.

I've only needed to email their customer service once, about out of stock items, and the reply was helpful and in a reasonable timeframe. It wasn't instant, but I'd rather have an informed answer in two days than AI slop right now!

I have used NorthStar for many miniature orders over the years. I have ordered directly, I have backed their now defunct "Nickstarter" program, I have pre-ordered several highly anticipated products (Hairfoot Jousting, Silver Bayonet, etc).
I have always received the figures I have ordered and Support has always been open and communicative. Updates on social media and via email have always kept me up to date on internal processes, and accurate (as accurate as possible when UK post passes off to US post!) tracking has kept me informed as my parcels cross the Atlantic.e and my gaming group consider NorthStar to be one of our favorite games suppliers.
Order with confidence and know that if something unexpected happens, clear, frank communication is the best way to resolution; they won't do you wrong.

I see comments about accepting orders but no stock. I've never encountered this and I've ordered many many times (far more than I should have really).

Northstar are one of my favourite suppliers. So much so that they're one of my homepages that automatically opens when I kick off a browser.

I love that they have regular bargains available and do value bundles, even for new products about to be published. Quite often I see new products available that I hadn't had any notice of elsewhere. They're also very active on Facebook with announcements, offers and the occasional painting competition.

I'd honestly be lost without them.

Ordered a few times, from abroad. It always arrived in good condition. Can't tell about delivery/restock times, because I never cared too much about delays.

And I really like their own miniatures ranges, the Fistful of Kung-fu is superb!
