Collected my brand new Sorrento this…
Collected my brand new Sorrento this week. They covered my car with a massive cloth at the front of the store and did a grand unveiling! We very surprised and liked this touch. Sat helped me and was very knowledgeable and he kept in touch with us from ordering to collection. The new offices are very nice and comfortable.

Although we previously had a negative experience with the service department at Norton Way GWR Kia, our most recent visit was notably positive.
