Great service & purchase experience
Got my first learner bike from Honda Norton Way a few years ago and after recently obtaining my full license went back to trade it in for a bigger bike and could not be happier.
Process was easy from start to finish and within a few days I was riding my new bike off the forecourt.
Big thanks to Steve who dealt with my trade in and purchase of the new bike. He was knowledgeable on any questions I had and made the entire process simple and quick.
Would highly recommend.

Tom at Letchworth bikes was a pleasure to deal with, he went out of his way to accommodate me. Ultimately I didn't buy the bike though, as I wasn't happy with the Trustpilot reviews of the aftermarket used warranty.

Always a pleasure to visit Norton Way.
Good information given by Roger. He knows his stuff. Courtesy in abundance from everyone. The new bike was off the shelf. The two-service package sealed the deal and means nothing to worry about (in terms of financial outlay) for over a year. I took the train to Letchworth from Bury St Edmunds (my home town); the station is a short walk away - brilliant!
