Great service by all the team, they found me the bike I wanted, no mucking around re prices, delivered for free, they followed up and end to end I didn't have to chase for responses at all, great communications. They didn't push me into buying anything, took time with me in the shop to work out the best bike....a CB500F. - thanks all,

Overall really good
Overall really good, I asked for things to be done to the bike which was no hassle. The only thing was I had to chase things which I thought should have been the other way round ie about payment when was the bike going to be ready. But that's the only thing they could do better

Good dealer and sales process
Swapped my BMW for a very nice Honda. Good process, test ride, very pleased with my new bike. The communication was very good throughout. Very friendly and helpful team and in particular Samuel who did a great job. This is my 12th Honda and looking forward to a quality product and after sales service.

No flexibility
Had a small dent on my bonnet. No paint damage. I am a pensioner and long term customer of the Letchworth branch. Had a new Honda Fireblade and a car off of them. They want £740 to get a dent out of the bonnet of my Honda Jazz. As a pensioner this is out of my league. They were unmoving regarding the price, totally unsympathetic.
