The communication received from start to finish was extremely good. All staff were very helpful,dien to earth and at the same time professional. Staff were so pleasant and east to talk with. I was not afraid to ask any questions due to their welcoming and approachable personality. I would not hesitate to recommend the service I received to anyone. Car scratched while in for a service. No response!
Unfortunately my car was damaged while in for a service with this garage in December 2023. I pointed out two new scratches on the paintwork when collecting the car and was told that they would look into it and be in touch. I never heard from anyone.
I sent a follow up email in January to ask if this had been looked into, but never got a response. It's very aggravating as I thought that by going to a Skoda main dealer I would get a more reliable service. I will not be paying more for poor service in future.

We recently had an excellent experience purchasing a second hand Honda in part exchange. The salesperson that dealt with us was friendly and courteous and kept us informed at every stage. They made the whole experience a pleasure.
When I came to collect my car it had been beautifully valeted so it felt brand new.
