From the moment we walked in and met up with Dan (our Senior Sales Executive for our purchase), the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and open, which very quickly allayed any 'fears' or doubts about our choice of car and who we were buying it from. The whole process, including trading in a previous vehicle, was efficiently and expertly handled in a manner that was certainly professional but also 'fun' and exciting as we were led through the process of discovering our new car. There were absolutely no negatives about this experience, only positives and I would recommend this dealership to anybody.

Everyone that I dealt with was so helpful and friendly.
They went out of their way to make sure that everything went smoothy. They answered my queries amazingly promptly and when I went to collect the car, explained everything to me clearly and patiently.

You Most Certainly Don't Get What You Pay For
Car was delivered with dog hairs in the boot, the seats when dropped down at the back completely filthy, and both the inside and outside not properly valeted and there were some scratch marks on the boot door. When the sale was agreed it was on the premise of a full professional valet, a full tank of petrol and mats...I should be grateful that I at least got the fuel !!!. When I picked up the car, the guy who sold me it was not there, but I got told he would get all the issues sorted out. Reviewers they have done nothing, so beware when you buy from this lot. One last point if the car has any kind of fault they have no responsibility for it, their stock answer would appear to be based on my experience take it to the main dealer its under warranty. The sort of response you would get from some bloke in a pub.....
