We have a leak in the loft which in turn is dripping into the airing cupboard,which is then making the kitchen wall damp,we have a leak above the back door aswel,rang repairs this morning just to be told they can't get out until the 13th November,,they'd soon be on my back if I didn't pay my rent on time,just a bunch of cowboys

Can only apply for blue badge on line and you need to scan unload all doc on line,council tax raises are also a joke.

As a tourist dont bother visiting this city, the whole place stinks of weed, I mean literally!, its rundown, roads are a mess all dug up, hard to understand and ANPR cameras everywhere looking to make a quick buck from the confusion. Parking is expensive, a very underwhelming and disappointing experience, they make no effort on any level... I give it a big MISS!... dont waste your time and money on this place.

Council tax jacked up 50% for the year. Council says its broke because of the Tories yet fail to take accountability for the complete mismanagement of funds. What a joke. Now we are all paying through the nose for their mistakes. Leader of the council just got a nice new payrise though, £190,000 a year. From our wallet to theirs.

I received a Parking Charge Notice for a male who does not live or ever has lived, nor do I know who they are, they are not on the electoral roll either at our address.
I advised them of this and even advised there may be a person of said name living at a nearby address as my wife was told this by another neighbour.
They have ignored me and now sent another letter threatening if payment not made.
I have advised them again and they say I need to tell DVLA, so I am a liar then?
My wife and I are retired and in failing health.
Why should I have to try and contact DVLA for these onanists?
No doubt we will soon get debt collection letters and a "bad mark" against our property so struggle to lend any money if needed.
After that these mooncalves will probably send bailiffs to collect goods I may be old and slower but I will use reasonable force applicable to the situation at given time to remove unwanted third party interlopers from my property with our without our bullenbeissers.
You have been warned Nottinghamshire County Council do not mess or harass me again.

What has happened to all nottingham city Council Services . Bin Collections.Housing Repairs. Road repairs. Street cleaning public toilets .Cleaning the drains. And sewers from flooding. Pest control. If I see a rat I'm going kill it and to mail it to nottingham city council head office loxley house station street nottingham. By postal delivery paid by you the the council

Corrupt,evil,gaslighting,manipulative,psychopath,victimisation,discrimination,racist,those are the most suitable words to describe this council.
I am victim for evil nighbours who make my life real hell and was and still destroy my health both physically and mentally by their horrible endless nuisance and racism and ASB for three years until now.

Instead of bring helped and protected,i was being punished instead of those nighbours,just because i was banging alittle on my wall and raise my voice alittle to make evil upstairs nighbours stop their endless nuisance which was always mix of all types of noises bring done together:repetitive endless banging reach for more than three thousands bangs every single hours and continuous at this level for 26 hours daily at least,all this banging coming with very loud music for same period of time daily,with crazy dog who keep making horrendous loud crashing and hitting endless nuisance by keep jumping and runing all the time in all areas in their flat on the floors and stairs making noise similar to if domebody come to kick your doors or walls by all their power by their feets or like if you have a train keep moving fast over your flat,loud endless stomping,endless slamming doors,endless runing and stomping on stairs up and down hundred times hourly all day and night,endless parties,endless smoking and drinking in communal courtyard,gossiping in abusive and loud way about me with other nighbiurs near my flat and swearing about me and ganhing against me just because i complain from their noise and ASB,bully me and being racist and targeting me each time i go out which by the way i never go out but one time weekly to take my trash bin out and do groceries shopping because the rest of time i am prisoner in my flat because of them and their dogs,letting their dogs runing freely in the communal courtyard all the time and jump on you and licking you and your items and one of the dogs is aggressive towards me and already was bitting me when in the past but i was lucky that bite was light since i jump fast at first moment it try to bite me,hammering for hours day qnd in night reqching for 13 hours of continius hammering and on daily basis for 11 months and if you complain you are told it is decoration while truth is they keep change their decoration every week which mean tbis hammering never end it is always like construction site over your head,dgs crazy loud constant barking,constant drop heavy things and items on floors,loud sex noises which they do it several times in day and in night and wach time take nearly one hour which mean the noise continues most of night time too,all types of noise hppening million times for all time all day long continous in night hours until at least 3:00am in morning,all of this was being recorded and proof by all types if evidences:noise app,security camera,noise recording equipment from invironment health department at the council,all of this to be told in the end that all of this is normal daily noise nd it is acceptable from nighbours to keep do this!

But when i test what they said for me,and ask them:"will you consider it as normal daily noise if i start do same noise that you just accept it from ny nighbours?!
They didn't even answer at that question since inside themselves they was know that they are liars and racist and manipulative when they tell me this,and they do this just because all of those nighbours are belong to same their race(white)while i belong to diffrent race.
Although i was sure they are discriminate against me for racial reason,but i decide to test them to see if they will accept it if i do same noises that they just tell me it is norml daily noise,and guess what was happen?!

At first moment i start make little bangs,just three or four light bangs,my white nighbours,the same one who keep banging all the time more than three thousands bangs each hour was runing to cry (fake tears of course while she is in my grandmother age but keep acting like a spoiled baby all the time and feel jealous of me to point keep copy me in everything even my simple outlook)and she tell them that i am making malicious banging and start copy all my complaints i was make against her and just start use same words i use when i complain!

And the corrupt spiteful patch manager was find this like a golden chance to revenge from me becuse i was dare to complain from his corruption and start co operate with my evil nighbours by using his job power to write fake reports about me and co operate with the council that is responsible about noise in my area,to record the little bangs and the rare occassions i was shout at nighbours from inside my flat only to ask them to stop the noise while i was litterally dying under them from their noise,and was prosecution and fine me while nighbours still make noise until now!

Paying a fortune in council tax and now they have the nerve to charge an extra £25 per year to take garden waste.

Terrible before Lockdown, use lockdown as an excuse to hide their poor performance, then give you a guilt trip post lockdown for each contact about how hard it is to prioritise you.

Here is a summary of my issues, holes in roof (ongoing 3 months), mice infestation, leaky water tank in attic led to soaking of insulation (not replaced - now have mould, unable to open back door after kitchen floor replaced (ongoing 4 years), blocked communal pathway to rear exit (ongoing 2 years), overdue boiler replacement, informed house needs rewiring on last electrical inspection and heard nothing since (2 years ago). Terrible services, red tape and watermelon SLAs.

Why am i paying for my garden bin to be emptied just so they can miss collections as they did before...the roads are bad as well and not being repaired properly, but the chimps that are in charge really do not care at all from what information i have gathered from others, this is the worst run council in the country. I can believe that and by a country mile...the people in charge should be hauled over the coals the money they waste and for the lack of service they provide.. wonder if anyone has ever sued the council, because that ought to be made law......if you pay for a service you SHOULD get it...

Paid for bulky waste removal leaned them up against my fence was still there after work so I rung apparently they felt it was still within my boundary.so I paid again this time dragging both sofas to the corner where the bins go out came home from work guess shat still there this time they would not move the line of empty bins that dustbin men had emptied paid twice and still no collection on hold for 2 hours from 3pm after work to 5pm for them to put the phone down without answering

This should be a zero as since reporting, in April, fly tipped waste blocking the rear entrance to my son's house I have received no communication from anyone at the council.
After 4 weeks I spoke to one of the councillors for the Basford area and following their attempts to rectify the situation as of today, almost 2 months since the original report, I have yet to receive any response to confirm a date or even that they're not going to anything.
The level of customer service is terrible.

Our first garden waste collection under the new paid subscriber scheme was due yesterday. They missed our bins!!! When I contacted them, I received the reply that they no longer rectify missed collections.

What a completely incompetent, useless bunch. Disgusting so-called service. Waste of money.

Also, a month or so ago, I contacted the council via our also useless local MP regarding our litter strewn
and mud-covered paths on the main A60 road in Carrington and why it was never swept on our side, while it is regularly swept on the other side (outbound). As yet, no reply!!

Leaves and other organic matter decompose and in places tree saplings are sprouting, one by a busy pedestrian light controlled crossing. It will cost far more in the future for the pavements to be repaired.

To make it worse midless morons throw their litter everywhere, preferring to throw bottles, cans, food cartons, cigarette packets etc into the leaves-mud melee rather than use the bins.

Things go downhill daily here.

Useless people can’t do anything right

Nottingham city council is corrupt organisation that has wasted its money and now is trying to tax anyone that they can. They have a housing problem they have brought on them self and don't have a way out selling off council houses and discouraging landlords to invest into Nottingham and as they are broke they have no solution to the housing problem. Good work Nottingham city council you have ruined the city and housing.

I recently submitted a freedom of information request with Nottingham Council.

When seeking clarification as to why specific information was missing from the FOI report that would have be beneficial to my claim against the council, the Senior Claims Handler in the Risk & Insurance department kindly advised that the out-of-hours Incident Response Team information had been left out of the FOI report.

Nottingham Council thought it would be acceptable to withhold information from the FOI report.

If you have recently requested information from Nottingham Council, please ensure they have fufilled your request in full and didn't withhold any information from YOU, as in the eyes of the council, they don't have to comply properly with requests, this means provide whatever the council would like to be released that benefits themselves.

As you may find out during your Freedom of Information request, that the Council have failed to appropriately respond to your request and deliberately withheld information as they didn't want it being released, to prevent you from claiming against them.

If you find out that you have been mistreated, raise a formal complaint with Nottingham Council and request an internal review.

If you're not satisfied after the internal review, raise the issue with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Update - After the internal review, Nottingham Council have admitted that they have withheld information and have apologised.

Don't back down!

They are a vile, dirty, corrupt and immoral organisation. You only have to do an internet search to see the catalogue of shameful actions. Be aware if you go to Nottingham city centre, they have bus lanes and they issue baseless fines randomly to anyone who goes near the centre. It has been proven that they have falsely extorted money from victims yet refuse to return their money. They have also knowingly and wrongfully spent millions of ringfenced funds that should have gone to needy causes. They are a bunch of scumbags.

I'm fed up of waiting in or booking days of work for a repair to be done your put on a wait for 6 months then to be told it cannot be looked at yet again for another 4 months but they put your rent up why there not doing anything then they wonder why there in so much trouble
