National Maintenance do a lot of contractor work for Citibase. Overall they provide a high quality service. They take great pride in their work and If there are any issues they take very personally and will rectify with as a matter of emergency.
I would recommend NM as a contractor.

Worst experience with these!!
I had a plumber out to fix my broken toilet that wasn't flushing and to replace part of a pipe that had turned green (not the biggest issue but needed doing). So, he arrives and begins by turning off the water and spending 1.5 hours on changing the pipe instead of fixing the toilet which was more important as we couldn't use that while he was there! So then he's halfway through sorting the toilet and I have to leave to collect my children from school and nursery (which he was aware of) he downed his tools and told me he would be back in 30 mins. I rush home and an hour later he doesn't turn up so I ring the office to be told he's gone on another job and won't be back until tomorrow. That would of been fine except my boiler was now not working and he had left all tools on the floor and my toilet in pieces. So they tell him to come back and fix the boiler which he eventually did. Comes back the next day and apparently toilet is fixed but one of my radiators isn't working (main one in front room) and he doesn't know why?! After he's gone I flush the toilet and now it doesn't stop flushing and water is pouring out the handle all over my floor. The pipe that he replaced is bent sticking off the wall. So I call them again to be told someone will be sent out, guy turns up a few days later, me thinking he's fixing it, but no, he's just having a look or doing a quote I don't know he didn't really say much but I asked on the phone would someone need to come out to quote it and was told no they don't. Original plumber arrives the following evening with a new part for the toilet, takes one look and tells me the part is too big, he was told by the previous guy he could get a smaller part but apparently not!! Also then, he decides the radiator needed a new valve (which he had suggested when he looked when it first broke) but the suppliers was now shut so he can't do anything until the following night (Friday). So, I call Friday morning to inform them that my boiler wasn't working again and I won't be home until 6.30pm (plumber was due around 6pm). I rush home with my 2 young children and no plumber turns up and they are now closed for the weekend. So as far as they are aware, I have no heating or hot water, a broken radiator in my main room and a toilet that's leaking all over my floor. I call the office this morning to be told they had left me a voicemail on the wrong number (which they knew was the wrong number and still didn't call my new number that I had given them Friday morning). Luckily, I had the boiler sorted myself over the weekend (whilst I had family visiting from abroad might I add!) And also had the radiator fixed myself! Spoke to a lady in the office this morning who has now arranged for someone to fix the toilet today so hopefully that will get sorted! Complete lack of communication between people in the office and also the plumbers!
If it wasn't being sorted through my letting agency I would avoid this company completely, always having to chase them up, being told they will call you back and don't and they're not bothered that me and my children could have spent the weekend without heating and hot water in the freezing cold weather, not happy at all!!
Edited to add that Ben came this afternoon and fixed all the issues, he was very apologetic even though none of the problems were his fault. Very professional, genuine and thorough, he didn't leave until he had fully checked everything was working properly. Great plumber, thank you very much Ben!

Hollie was my email contact , she was quick to reply to all my questions , and extremely helpful. Rich who came to the property to look at the repair was polite , helpful and honest .
