When moving house I noticed that I was missing a fixing from the end of my garden furniture. Despite being a few years old, Amanda went above and beyond to get new fixings sent to me.

My partner and I scratched some paint off one of the posts during construction of our pergola, which we purchased from White Stores. I was provided the paint number and got some paint made up, which unfortunately was not the same colour. Nova kindly sent me a can of paint FOC. Great customer service from Amanda and the team. Thank you.

I had issues with one of the privacy blinds which was ordered as part of the Nova Titan 4x3 Pergola for garden refurbishment. Thanks to Amanda Carr of Nova, the issue was eventually resolved. Amanda was extremely helpful, friendly, but above all, always professional.

I needed a new thermocouple for my gas fire table and Nova sent me one free of charge. First class service- thanks Amanda!

Thank you for your reply and I am still amazed at this response a few months back, as I am today as we live 10 miles inland!
And as explained previously, the corrosion is forming under the paint, so how can in be the sea area.
The furniture is riddled with bumps under the paint work.

We had an issue (of our own making) with our outdoor table. Nova were very responsive and very generous in replacing parts.

We purchased glass top garden furniture. The glass recently exploded caught on CCTV. Even though we sent emails to explain this issues has been ignored. The Brand we purchased was Nova Garden Furniture. We recommend you buy with caution. We have contacted both Nova and Wayfair and both say we should email the other. We have done this with proof and both companies simply ignore our requests to resolve this. Emails sent via my Wife SN

In Jan 2023. 1 week ago the glass shattered. It was so loud. Luckily as the weather was overcast and 24 degrees, the table was covered. Had the table been in use someone would have been seriously hurt. The table cost £1700 has anyone else had this issue? White stores are saying the guarantee had run out. Is never have thought this table could have dangerously shattered like it did. Please don’t purchase this for your own health and safety
The White Stores are sending a replacement but Nova are advertising heat resistant. No way !!! Please be careful

We purchased a Nova garden furniture set in 2023, and unfortunately, it has been a constant source of disappointment ever since. Despite following all care recommendations — including covering the furniture in the rain, bringing it indoors during winter, and using coasters to prevent damage — the quality has deteriorated rapidly.

The rattan has melted, faded, and split, which is completely unacceptable for outdoor furniture that’s supposed to be weather-resistant. On top of that, the cushions have ripped with only light use. We’ve had to raise complaints multiple times, yet nothing has been resolved satisfactorily.

For the price and brand reputation, we expected far better. Sadly, this furniture has proven to be a waste of money and a source of ongoing frustration. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you’re after durable, reliable garden furniture.

I purchased the Phoenix corner sofa with rising table from Nova about a year ago and it has been great. I intentionally waited to leave a review to make sure it all functioned and lasted well and it has been great.

I purchased the Nova fire pit set and the sun loungers to match and the cushions on the loungers have started getting lines and are sagging. Has anyone else experienced this?
Have got to mention that we store them overnight in our shed so am really unhappy that this has happened. I contacted the store where we bought them and they said the replacement covers for the loungers were £300 each, that is extortionate!
The cheaper set that we purchased from B&Q was far more superior than this set.

We got a Titan pergola earlier this year through our local garden centre.
Delivery was very prompt and installation was incredibly straight forward (definitely a 2 person job but no need for specialist installation from the company)
Plenty of admiring comments from house guests so far & looking forward to enjoying the garden all summer long.

Amanda from Customer Support was very helpful in resolving an issue about a NOVA pergola I had not even purchased myself.

I purchased the Nova Ciara set three years ago and, like others have mentioned, the cushion covers have developed lines and are now splitting. I’ve always stored the cushions indoors and never left them out in the rain, so there’s no reason for this kind of wear other than poor manufacturing. Very disappointed in the quality given the price. Nova should take responsibility and replace the covers, clearly not an isolated issue.
