Assisted with my Pergola delivery
I ordered a Pergola through Mattresman and couldn’t get a delivery date or when my item would arrive! They kept advising that the item was delayed and week after week was advised the same thing.
I decided to contact the manufacturer and was assisted and very much helped with the process and progress off my Pergola.
It arrived the following week and although it hasn’t been installed I’d just like to thank the company for helping speed up my delivery.

I have found nova to be a professional company to deal with , excellent products and excellent communication in a difficult market place. Following an issue with my table top, I rang and spoke to Ian, who listened to my concerns and addressed the problem immediately. Although I have yet to purchase from this company, I was extremely impressed with the customer service. There is so much to choose from(hence not yet purchased!).
