NRGI EV Charging Solution Funny Facts
Contacted NRGI for EV Charging solution but They couldn't manage to find a way of installing EV cables.
Also, I have parked my car to NRGI parking lot in Aarhus to charge my EV car and I got park fine 875DKK :)
Funny that NRGI providing EV solutions and punish people If they charge their car NRGI office :)

We have been in contact with you regarding the possible installation of a charging box and, in collaboration with our installer ELCON, have tried to find a solution.
It is of course unfortunate that this has not been possible.
Regarding the parking fine, we must refer to the parking rules on the site.
It is neither NRGi who makes these rules, nor issues fines.

I contacted the customer service of the NRGi company because of the strange numbers and figures in the invoice received from them, and after I thought with the person I was talking to, he is a very great person and he just does not consider this work as his duty.
Rather, he treats the customer in a completely professional and human way. I had a very good feeling because I didn't face it just because "it is not true" or repeat "the policy of company".
Stefan is a great person.
I'm really thankful.

Silje you are the champ!
I used to not like to deal with energy companies. Somehow I always felt cheated after every call and overall just a little more miserable than before.
Silje of NRG has changed that! She managed to bring in the customer care of a true hospitalitarian and furthermore has convinced me that not all energy companies are robbing you of your money and energy (pun intended)
Now i know that there are also good guys thanks to Ms Hagen, that provide great energy, service and on top of it you even get to save one or the other øre!
P.S. NRGi, if you are reading this, Silje deserves a rais or at least Christmas bonus!
