In early 2012, Nubikk's founder and creative director had the idea to design a shoe collection where comfort, fashion, and distinction are key. Nubikk was born: a shoe brand that believes fashion should go hand in hand with comfort. The background of several generations of shoemaking within the company was the ground for a versatile collection of styles. Nubikk quickly realized their customers require the same lush feeling as experienced when wearing sportswear. This resulted in lightweight soles being introduced throughout the entire collection. Additionally, the same level of cushioned insoles is now also used in Nubikk's formal wear for women and men. The sneakers are made of the best Italian leathers, have lightweight soles, and are handmade in Portugal. A shoe brand at first but with all this experience in leather craftsmanship and producing qualitative products, it was a small step to a collection of small leather handbags, accessories, and clothing. At Nubikk a great fit is everything. So in late 2019, a line of t-shirts and sweaters dropped in the most comfortable and heavy organic cotton you expect from Nubikk. All of this comes together at our webshop and in our flagship stores in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Munich. NUBIKK for every identity

Do not exchange! (wrong size)

The company has great product and the customer service answers quickly. But DON'T order a wrong size! It takes forever to handle a return and they'll charge you a lot of money for sending back and forward.

Just buy Nubikk in the store and fit there.

There is no gift packaging and gift card.. so poor packaging and late arrival.. more than 5 days.

nice shoes

UPDATE: First i had a issue with the shoe and it seems that we didnt get a solution. But then the costumer service send a new pair and now i am very happy with the shoes! The first retour was a little bit slow, but the new pair was send within 2 days.

I wouldn't recommend ordering there

I wouldn't recommend ordering there. My warranty rights were only observed after I contacted the European consumer advice center. Afterwards, compliance with my rights was made dependent on me deleting my original review. I did this. However, I'm writing this now because I don't think it's right to delete a review that is correct. I have now finally received a credit note. But the whole thing took over a month and a half and 100 emails and was very tiring.
The customer support in particular was very rude, and accused me for standing up for my rights

To answer your question: the whole thing shouldn't have taken over a month, I shouldn't have had to involve the European Consumer Center first (because only then have you respected my rights and the law), you shouldn't have insulted me and blackmailed me, you should have apologized. Are these enough suggestions for you as to how one should have behaved correctly and according to the law?

To answer your update: you know that this is incorrect :) The Package wasn‘t Send back because you refused to follow the law, once sent back it took you over two weeks only for telling me that you won’t follow the law, then I contaced the European Consumer Center, only then you feared consequences and followed the regulations :) then you decided to blackmail me instead of apologizing for your behavior and now you are surprised about the Review? Really absurd in my opinion :)

I can also upload Screenshots of your messages here if you really think blackmailing a customer by saying that you're only following the law when you delete a review is correct and telling a customer he doesn't have any guts because he doesn't publish his name on trustpilot, write to a customer that he Makes a big deal out of something if you don't follow the law, writing to a customer saying they have low standards and that you are above them, should I continue?

Stylish, comfortable and lightweight

It’s the third time that I am purchasing Nubikk sneakers and I am completely satisfied with the quality of their products. They are stylish, unique and very comfortable. The Roque Road Wave sneakers that I have purchased this time are in addition super lightweight and have instantly become my absolute favourite. I bought them from the official Nubikk website and have them delivered to Austria which took only a few days. I will definitely buy Nubikk sneakers again and would recommend them to all my friends.

Great experience

This is my second order with Nubikk...

This is my second order with Nubikk. First order went perfectly. Second order we ran into some issues. They sent me the wrong item. Customer service was quick to offer me a free return, but made it seem like that was huge deal, despite the error being on their part. It just seems like if you send the wrong item its should be a no brainer to be able to return it free. I needed the shoes for a specific date and with their exchange policy, they were very matter-off-act, inflexible, and offered ZERO options for me to get the shoes I ordered on time.

If you browse other reviews, most complaints revolve around this issue and some people aren't offered free returns. So I guess feel grateful that I was offered free return without needing to ask for it.

The shoe is great tho! It's of high quality. It deserves 5 stars. The customer service is where I have mixed feelings. I know the "customer is always right" is a cliche, and isn't ALWAYS the case. But I feel like making you customers feel special goes a long way, especially RETURNING customers :)

Unfortunately, it does sometimes happen that the wrong shoe is in a box. This is due to the manual nature of our manufacturing and packaging processes, so errors can occasionally occur. In this case, we simply provided you with a free return label. For standard returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs,we take care of the shipping costs.

Returns must first be processed in our external warehouse before we can arrange for a replacement shipment. We appreciate your understanding of this procedure.
