Quick delivery, great quality, good sizing, everything was perfect!

Shoes two weeks late due to scanning issue. One week for resolution. This is just too long and a bad customer experience.

I checked with the size table, and still the shoes that arrived were too small. It was rather complicated to send them back, even within the Netherlands, as I had to search for the return formulier for myself and it was not included with the order. Overall, too complicated for me to try again, which is a pity, cause I heard great things about this brand from many Dutchies.

Size recommender suggested wrong size. After I tried the shoes on the first time, it felt like they would fit perfectly and after two times of wearing the shoes have stretched so much, that they now sit much too loose.

Nubikk sells high quality goods that are made in Europe. Their home page is convenient. Customer service is especially good at work. Only four stars because I don't understand their address writing policy.

I have never experienced such fast, problem-free shipping. I received the shipping confirmation 12 minutes after ordering, and the shipment was delivered the next day - from the Netherlands to Germany.
The shoes are true to size, very beautiful and very well made.

Unfortunately the information about the actual sizing of shoes is not very clear. Other websites indicate with every model when a size is not an actual size and recommend an up- or downsizing. The customer pays in this case both the shipping and the return shipping cost, which amounts to EUR 50 in total. This is quite an amount. My expectations in this respect are clearly not met.

This was my second purchase, the sandals are great! I had a problem with tracking number, saying shipment not found. The customer service was prompt in responding to my inquiry, they contacted DHL but still could not locate the package since the tracking number provided was invalid. The customer service told me to contact them again if the package doesnt arrive within the next few days. This was not necessary beacuse I received my package in 4 working days from the purchase date, which was great!
And I love my sandals.

Worst customer support I have ever experienced. They do not care about their customers. I got defected shoes delivered to me and had to pay for the return of the package. Still have not got my refund. All they care about is profit and they barely help/answer when I contact them.

I received wrong item - in the box labeled size 36 were item size 38. I contacted customer support, they asked me for info, photos etc. and result ? After an hour I was adviced to send box to their assessment department. They will assess if they send me money back ? What a time wasting ?
