We had been looking for wood flooring for a few months before coming across Oakwoods Outlet. James could not be more helpful and quickly answered all my questions and queries, there was a lot! Samples arrived quickly and once I had made me decision the order came just as quick. The chosen flooring is gorgeous and we had no problems with installing. Would highly recommend in a heart beat.

I needed to source a specific make from V4 flooring which was out of stock with every distributor - however Oakwood's were able to source it for me. They were also able to deliver it on time and later when I required adhesive they delivered it next day. James Lazar, the Oakwood sales executive, was really helpful and responsive.

I am giving this company an excellent review because of their helpfulness, reliability and attention to customer experience. In the end the floor I bought from them was returned - not because there was anything wrong with the floor, but because we realised we had made a mistake and it wasn't quite right for our room. The company accepted the return immediately, offered to help with picking up the goods, were consistently polite and helpful during the process of return, replied immediately to any correspondence and returned all money immediately. I cannot praise James enough.

Managed to get my flooring to me in super quick time, James went out of his way to ensure the delivery arrived in time for the fitter and answered all my questions immediately even at the weekends. All in addition to being the lowest cost we were quoted for the flooring. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service. I ordered the Sikabond adhesive on multiple occasions. Not only was the price the best, if I ordered before 3pm it was always delivered next day. So reliable. Responses to queries was immediate. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend.
