Absolutely no reservations in recommending Oakwoods outlet. James and Peter were always very quick to respond to our questions over email and always very helpful. Their quote was v competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Genuinely impressed by the excellent prices and great customer services by Oakwoods - will definitely be purchasing again. Nothing was too much trouble to talk through & delivery was made exactly when told. Can't fault them.

Oakwoods flooring have been excellent in supplying engineered timber for a development in Brighton. When additional items were needed James was really quick to respond and help where he could to get the project through to completion.

Extremely happy with Oakwoods! I got a number of quotes and theirs was by far the best, but also, customer service was just marvelous and delivery was extremely fast. The driver was very helpful as well! I would always go back to them for my flooring.

I have been dealing with James throughout, which has been an absolute pleasure.

I have been looking for Eiger Oak floors that we had had installed in one of our rooms + accesories. I initially went to an original local flooring company that we used to supply, but suspected the quote I was given was overpriced.

After a few searches, I came across OakWoodsOutlet. Initially, I have completed a web form, that James responded to in around 10 minutes. I then spoke to James, who has advised me on all the accessories I needed and helped to source them (despite the fact, the type of underlay I wanted was not something that OakWoods stocked).

The quote given was not only substantially cheaper than nearest competitor, it also arrived on the day James promised and the quality is perfect.

i was initially cautions as it was a substantial order and they are a relatively new business but my fears were completely unnecessary.
a recommended provider by V4 and i can now see why .I would highly recommend these guys and not hesitate to use again.

Don't usually give reviews but this company deserves it .After months of looking at shop after shop of wood flooring in our area ,we could not seem to find that colour or grain look of wood we were after for our 1930 house .My wife went online and found Oakwood's outlet , and we loved the look of the V4 flooring range on the site .After seeing the sample we received and look of the DC101 frozen umber we knew that was the one . we ordered it right through for passage to lobby to living room it looks amazing well pleased with result .But overall James at Oakwood's give us a great price for such quality, was so helpful with not just ordering but advice and ordering of correct underlay and door thresholds and delivery and packaging was first class,Highly recommend this company and will use again .

We dealt with James entirley remotely and he was very customer centric, from sending out samples, advice on istallation through to maintenance. We even had quite a lot of surplus left and he was happy to refund this... thanks for your help

Amazing honest company. From the start the customer service was superb. James helped us pick the floor, get the best price going (I tried everywhere to get it cheaper) and he kept me updated every few days with the delivery status.
I had a big project on the go and needed advice which a few issues. James took them to the manufacturer and got me answers no builder could help me with. The floor was delivered when promised and it looks amazing. Great product and service. Highly recommend !!
