We have ordered V4 EP103 from James at Oakwoods for our new flat. Even prior to receiving the order I am so impressed at the customer service we have received. James has been so helpful, quick to respond and even matched a cheaper quote from another company.
We will certainly be returning to purchase from this company in future - I would recommend in every sense. First class service.

Brilliant wood flooring installed and fantastic service
After shopping around for engineered wooden flooring for a while we came across V4 Deco DC101 Frozen Umber engineered wood and picked Oakwoodsoutlet as our supplier and I am glad we did!
The floor fits perfectly in our home and looks stunning and fresh to the eye. It is made if real quality and very nice when stepped on. We decided to go with a floating floor layout with underlay instead and the effect is firm but smooth when stepped on without much give.
For the stairs we were going to have carpet but after some recommendation from Peter and co from Oakwoodsoutlet we decided to go for wooden stairs (as we had some wood left over) with matching stain flush stair noses.
Flooring products recommended such as the hardwax oil and refresher kits were also acquired so that I can keep my floors in pristine condition at all times.
The whole process from start to finish was very professional and very responsive all thanks to Peter (and James when he chipped in). The deliveries of the goods came on time and very quickly considering the fact that other companies were giving us lead times of up to 3 weeks! Everything we needed came to us in good time with these guys which was great as we needed the flooring done ASAP.
Couldn't be happier with the result.

Stunning Kitchen floor
We recently chose a beautiful charcoal wood flooring for our kitchen. We decided on V4 Deco DC106... after receiving a few samples to choose from. The samples were great as we got a feel for the colour and quality.
The laid floor looks stunning, the colour and more importantly the quality has transformed our cottage kitchen. The room even appears bigger overall.
The flooring compared to laminate or tiles is slightly more expensive but definitely worth it!
We do look after it with a good quality floor cleaner which helps make the floor look as good as new daily.
We are absolutely delighted with our floor and are now looking to floor the lounge.
We fully recommend this company as quality and service are second to none.
