I love the concept of this brand and some of their products are great (eg. anti-bac spray). Some, less so (eg. bathroom cleaner). But their customer service is amazing. I was having an issue with their website so contacted them via their contact form. Within 24 hours someone had responded who was both helpful and enthusiastic (and clearly not an AI programme!).

Beautiful smelling washing capsules that clean very effectively.
Excellent that they are plastic-free, too.

Changed from my usual fairy to these eco dishwasher tablets and love them, I live in a hard water area no salt no rinse aid just the tablet. The customer service is great too had a small issue recently and it was sorted super quick.

Sadly not as effective as the main brands. Doesn’t get all glass items spotlessly clean and inside of tea cups still stained. You need to wash some items before putting in dishwasher.
Whilst I will continue to use on an ethical basis. I do feel they could improve the product to live up to the main brands

Excellent washing powder non-biological. Washes really well and is good for sensitive skins.
Delivery was speedy too.

I started using Ocean Saver dishwasher tablets to continue to move over to more eco friendly products. Unfortunately I am seeing small white granules on my dishes and in the dishwasher which is worrying. I have cleaned the dishwasher and filter so I know it’s not the machine. I’m disappointed as I want to do my bit for the oceans and the planet but will have to try an alternative product.

Great disolvable pouches, great laundry sheets, great customer service

I love the products form this company. They work, they smell good and the clever packaging solutions making it recyclable and then the liquid capsules dissolve. It’s brilliant. A true world leader

Brilliant dishwasher tabs, good customer service, quick delivery.

Excellent products and customer service. When my bottle for life developed a fault they sent a replacement the same day.
I love the products , I have tried several different plastic saving companies but oceansaver is the best by far.

Ordering easy, great products, delivery good & within times stated, great their products have no horrible plastic in them. Would recommend.

Easy to order and very informative about how my support can help the ocean. I love the products and packaging. The best thing is Yiu can subscribe but change the items Yiu order each time to fit your needs. I've had a lot of the cleaning products. My favourite is the non bio washing machine capsules. They seem to work very well. The company seems very friendly too.

Great product and follow up

Ocean Saver make lovely, vegan sustainable products that are effective, and the team are lovely. I had mistakenly filled out my shipping address wrongly so my order never arrived but OS sent me another pack. Brilliant all round.

I have used Ocean Saver cleaning products subscription for about 4 yrs now - it was a convenient alternative to my failed attempt at homemade cleaning products! I have always been really impressed with the customer service. The subscription is easy to get what you need and when you need it. Being able to defer the delivery is a key part of why this is perfect for me. And a mix n match box fits through your letterbox- in great packaging! My recommendation would be to try a few different ones out to decide on your favourites. We especially like the anti-bac and the glass cleaner. The products are really good. They are the only cleaning products I have ever found which don’t give me a headache from the fragrances!
Highly recommend getting a mix of items and finding your favourites.

Easy to use. Dissolves quickly in water. Pleasant, light fragrance. Effective cleaner and makes limescale removal easier. Will be buying regularly.

Brilliant products.
I’m so glad I found the Ocean saver products. I have tried a few of the refills now and everything has absolutely “done the job”
The refill system works so well as you just drop the new refill into your existing bottle with water and shake.
The dishwasher tablets are great too!

Had been using big brand product which worked really well but seemed to leave a nasty smell and taste - finding out it was full of harmful chemicals lead me to seek for alternatives. Some of eco products I had tried either didn't work great, smelt bad to me, or both. But these have been everything they need to be. Dishes come out of the washer super clean and with no off-putting smell so ready to use without me needing to rinse again.
