Utter waste of space
After my complaint to an energy comparison website was ignored I complained to Ofgem (which has accredited the comparison website) and was just told by Ofgem to complain to the comparison website!!! Clearly Ofgem are a bunch of pen pushers who add no value to the consumer. I have asked Ofegm what it takes for them to remove their accreditation from a comparison website but doubt they'll be bothered to respond.....
Ofgem failings
There are companies out there who are exploiting the vulnerable by charging extortionate amounts on top of the grants received from government. Ofgem are aware but not doing anything. Shop around with eco and green deal schemes.
Neglect of duty
I have reported illegal activity by Utilita and OFGEM refuse to investigate.

ofgem, about as useful as a chocolate teapot! Think that sums them up pretty much!
