My order was 3 days late…

My order was 3 days late and delivered thawed and warm and I still haven’t been credited !!!
Plus you never sent me any notifications about my order being late!!! I had to check on it myself !

First of all - home delivery

First of all, the product is good. We have purchased from.Omaha Steaks several times and have not been disappointed in the quality of the product.
However, the new packaging for the shipping of online products, needs some serious revamping! My order arrived with the box falling apart, the dry ice was not packaged correctly and therefore all over the product inside. Several items were caked with dry ice!
Contacted customer service and they replaced my entire order. That was appreciated....but the replacement order was in just a little bit better shape.....the box was pulling apart at the corners and the packages of dry ice still was on a few of the items, not as bad as on the first order.
I prefer the old packaging with the stronger boxes and the more contained , thicker packages of dry ice.

Steak or Seafood or Both

I bought sea food this time because my health issues have me limiting my beef intake. I liked that you can buy as much as you need. Because there's just two of us I bought 4 cod, 4 sea bass and 4 salmon.
