Once again Omega Windows provided excellent service and quality.
We have recently had a window fitted, one of many, and as always Omega excelled in service and quality from Jess who arrived to give us a quote to Lee the trusty surveyor and last but not least Shaun who done an excellent job fitting the window, clean, tidy and very conscientious. All of the staff at Omega deserve a mention as everyone is very helpful. Happy to recommend Omega Windows 100%.

Very happy with the installation of a window. It did take longer than expected but not a standard size, but we were kept informed.

I was extremely happy from start to finish. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice.
My door was much less than other quotes for a similar product.

We had seen some windows that we liked nearby and literally knocked on the door to ask who had done them. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was a local company. Omega windows did an absolutely fantastic job of replacing all of the front windows and porch door on our house. A projected 3-4 day job turned into a slightly longer one but the fitters remained calm and we appreciated the fact that they didn't try to rush it, sticking to a commendable level of detail and commitment throughout. It wasn't a cheap job, but Omega are very competitive even on more upscale jobs (this was all aluminium frames). After sales has been excellent thus far and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company!

We have used Omega previously, they built our extension and their work was excellent. We had no hesitation in using them again to refit new windows. Sean the fitter, was personable, polite and hard working. He left the bedrooms and new windows spotlessly clean. We were so impressed with Sean

I have used Omega for projects at home and in my business over the last couple of years. I would highly recommend them. They provide a first class service from pricing all the way through to installation. There is no pressure selling. James is excellent a finds the best solution that matches what you want. The install team is highly respectful clean and tidy and very efficient.

Great service from both the sales team and the fitters. We have a Victorian property that needed 20 windows changed. Everyone involved was courteous and professional and the end result they delivered is amazing. Our neighbour has “window envy”! Easily the best and most professional firm in Thanet and the wider area. 100% recommend them.

Fantastic service from Omega. French Doors replacing a window transformed the back room. A stained glass window designed by Omega's salesperson Jessica is stunning. Definitely recommend Omega and have just ordered a new door for the kitchen.

Good quality product, reasonably priced. Helpful and friendly sales staff, accommodating installation staff and professional workmanship. Omega were recommended to us and we were not disappointed. We originally had our front windows replaced earlier this year and then decided to have our side and back windows replaced as well. A couple of niggles along the way but they were rectified promptly and to our satisfaction without any quibbles. I would have no problem recommending them.

I sent a schedule for 103 panes in 3 groups. They were cut quickly and accurately, then dispatched in a way that made perfect sense when they arrived. The film supplied was for external reflective and internal clear. Both work really well and we are delighted with the result and the service. Would I use Omega again and recommend to a friend? Yes! Yes! Yes!

We have just had new french doors fitted by Omega. The process from start to finish was smooth with no issues. The price was very competitive and the time from initial quote to installation was just a few weeks. The installer did an excellent job, was polite and took time to clear up any rubbish and clean the doors and trim. We were recommended to give Omega a try and were not disappointed.

Good prices, no pushy sales techniques, quick service, excellent installation - installer was efficient and tidy, cleaned up afterwards.
