Very approachable, very informative, great communication, fair pricing. The installers were polite, clean, industrious and gave good advice.

We had 11 replacement windows and replacement exterior doors supplied and fitted by Omega.
The range and choice available was very wide. Having spent a lot of time looking at what was available and at other houses in the area Omega were able to supply exactly what we wanted at a competitive price.
There was a wait while the units were manufactured, but Omega kept us up to date. The fitters made a good job, were tidy and everything fitted well. We had a couple of snags which were resolved in a very amicable manner.
We would thoroughly recommend Omega.
If you are thinking of replacement windows we’d say, take your time, see what’s out there and what suits your property and what doesn’t and look at all of the options. It doesn’t have to be plain white!

The engineers are all superb as are all the staff and Sales. My old terrace was hand built around some old windows nearly 200 years ago by a landlord who was given the sets of windows and the bricks and designed therefore. Can you imagine the wonky angles and old crumbly walls here...I say no more only that Omega came out untill the job was PERFECT. They honoured their guarantee in everyway and with Goodwill. They are a Smaller but oh so much Mightier Group and I thank my lucky stars I chose correctly. It is well worth paying the extra as over your life span with the windows you need a company of professional integrity along with an immaculate finish and Goodwill Service. I rate my whole experience as a Complete 10

I recently ordered some windows from this company, i was dealing with jess i must say in over 20 years i have not had such good service , jess sorted out lots of the final details even ringing the factory for a solution , which i may say she achieved for me .Well done jess and omega for outstanding customer service .

I needed secondary glazing because my house is a listed building in a conservation area. There was quite a long time between agreeing to the quote and getting the windows fitted, but that is understandable because the units were bespoke. They were fitted in the week we originally agreed, and Omega did make a final appointment change because of unforeseen circumstances. The guys who did the installation were very polite and finished and cleaned up very quickly. The windows look great and the house is noticeably warmer and much quieter. I'm very happy.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Omega fitted new windows and bi folds in our house earlier this year. We then scheduled a second job to fit a new front door. Both experiences have been excellent, with quality craftsmanship throughout. Installers on both occasions were fantastic. Price was exceptional.
