Excellent is the only word that describes the service we received from Omega Windows. From the initial quotation, the detailed assessment by the surveyor to the installation of the windows, all met our expectations. Kelvin and Curtis are exceptional installers. They got on with the job in a very friendly, pleasant and totally professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I have no hesitation in recommending Omega Windows and Kelvin and Curtis to friends and family.

We had a set of French doors along with a kitchen window and front door fitted in July 2022 by Omega, we found them helpful and we are very happy with the work completed, the guys were punctual and friendly.

Could't be happier with the price, service and product. We live in a conservation area in Kent and the local authorities are notoriously tough on planning permission, particularly when installing upvc windows that aren't £20k + bespoke wooden sash windows (who can afford those anyway?). The ones we had were rotten, single glazed monstrosities installed in 1971 and thankfully Omega offer the Roseview Ultimate Rose upvc sash windows that look so good they're widely accepted in conservation areas. I actually discovered them whilst walking past a house in the area that was having them installed - I had to go up to them to see and ask if they were upvc or wooden they looked that good. I got a business card from the guys installing them and gave Omega a call. They offered the most competitive quote, helped me out with some of the finer details of my planning application, kept me up to date with the installation date and then the awesome guys that installed them worked like stink over two days to get them in and looking nice. The windows are terrific and the whole experience was great. Highly recommended.

The omega team where brilliant from start to finish. The office kept us informed all the way through the order process. We was given ample notice of when the installation was going to start. Install day came and the fitters kelvin and Curtis where excellent. Everything was installed to a very high standard and left the house really tidy. The install wasn’t the easiest for them as we was having all the old vertical slider timber boxes removed, and upvc liners and ogee trims fitted along with all windows having composite window boards. We went with the flush sash casements and we are so happy with them. We also had our fascia’s and guttering replaced as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend omega to anyone. I feel they just go that little bit further than the others. Thanks so much to everyone at omega.

I have used Omega many times in the past for my Windows and Doors. (7+ years / 2 homes). And this time we got a new front door installed for our new house. The two members of the installation team; Paul and Rob, were fantastic. The job they had to do turned out to be very complicated and difficult. They did not complain once and managed to overcome all the complications and were just excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and it was. Love the door and if you do get Paul and Rob to install one for you, you know they will do the best of jobs. Thanks again.

I used Omega Homestyle to fit my front door through recommendation I was not disappointed, the fitters worked so hard with little mess so professional and polite I wouldn’t go to anyone else, I am delighted with my front door.

My whole house is now complete I'm just finished having my front windows of my house installed and these people are such pros. I had to wait a couple of months to get them installed after they were ordered but I could not be happier. I had a little hiccup in that the small Windows opened the wrong way but that was remedied quickly every single person I spoke to at Omega Windows was pleasant I highly recommend this company I felt that I got a fair price and an excellent job.

Our newly installed warm roof conservatory exceeded all our expectations in every respect including; value for money, planning, project management, workmanship and material quality. The thermal value of our new conservatory even without heating is amazing. A big thank you to all Omega staff.

Ordered a new front door from the Margate showroom. Unfortunately the lock was in the incorrect position and my wife wasn’t happy with the colour after it was fitted. Julien the manager was very professional and understood the issue. The new door was fitted today. The fitters Paul and Rob were fantastic considering they had to remove a door that had previously been fitted by themselves. Their attention to detail and high finishing standards are something that Omega should been proud of.Excellent service from beginning to end!

I have just had a porch installed and I cannot fault the work that was carried out.Everything was done to a high standard.installers ,builders,plasterer have been very polite,and kept everything clean and tidy.
My porch looks absolutely amazing my neighbours like it and say how nice it looks.
I would recommend this company 100 per cent.

The window fitters fixed our new windows in the stated time and without any hassle. Dustsheets down first job every day and old windows and doors straight in the van as removed no rubbish left anywhere. All doors and windows fitted and sealed correctly no problems. I'm an ex site manager on buildings and was pleased that I could leave the fitters to it and know I'd get a great job. To say the wife is pleased is an under statement. Omega fitted 6 windows and French doors. From start to finish an excellent job, the staff are professional, hard-working and polite. This is the sixth time we have used Omega for different jobs over the last ten years. Their prices are very competitive against other companies and their workmanship and products excellent even if you are on a budget get Omega to give you a quote.

Another great job from Omega Windows... French Doors installed to enclose the porch. The doors arrived within the time frame given, and the installation went smoothly. They look great and really help in keeping the house warmer. Thanks to all.

I recently had a stable door fitted. From start to finish the team at Omega were responsive, efficient and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and all questions were answered. The fitters, Rob and Phil, did a wonderful job of fitting and tidying up and I'm delighted with my new door. I can't recommend Omega highly enough and I would certainly use them again.

We have recently had new windows and doors fitted by Omega and the service we received was outstanding. We knew what we wanted but it took us a while to decide who to go with. Our decision to use Omega was definitely the correct one. James took less than 20 mins to measure and listen to our requirements before sending a full, detailed/ itemised quote Each window was priced separately. There was no pressure at any time to commit. We have had all our numerous questions answered with clarity and visited the workshop to view their goods. Even the office staff were exceptional and got accurate messages forwarded to the correct staff. This was all prior to our decision to use this company. The installation by Mark and Jack was brilliant and the after sales service, dealing with the inevitable but minor snagging, by Andy was impressive. If you are ever in doubt, get a quote from Omega - we are happy to recommend.
