Months after utilizing the company's financing services for window and boiler replacements, I was informed that my three outstanding debts had been transferred to Novu Finance, with one loan subsequently assigned to Omni Capital.

Upon inquiring about early settlement figures, I noted a significant reduction in the outstanding balance for the two loans managed by Novu. However, no such reduction was offered by Omni Capital, as they continue to levy interest for the full term of the loan, even if settled early. Furthermore, Omni Capital is uniquely imposing an early repayment fee. Had I been aware of these specific terms and conditions associated with Omni Capital, I would have opted against utilizing Stay Bright Windows for the financing arrangements.

Had my new windows fitted recently and just wanted to say how impressed I am with the whole experience. Jack and Arron did an excellent job from start to finish they were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.

They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure the finish was spot on. It’s not always easy having work done in your home, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again, Jack A and Arron T!

Quick process and fairly easy form to fill in.

I cleared an agreement for £8000 plus £45 admin charge three days before the first payment was due. They still took the first installment with interest. I know I should have cancelled the direct debit but it's rare that I take out finance and I forgot. I also had no reason to suspect that they would go ahead and take the money leaving me overdrawn.
Four days on and there is still no refund. Let's put it this way:
A finance company takes money from someone after they have cleared their debt in full. What's that called? In my world, it is called theft.

These cowboys prevented my husband having spinal surgery. We were only using this company as an interim until able to draw on funds which required longer to access than operating date as we were offered a cancellation and everything happened quickly over 4 days ( with a weekend in between when OMNI WAS CLOSED)
So on Monday after seeing surgeon on Thursday night and then getting offer of cancellation the following Tuesday for surgery we started trying to get through to OMNI by phone who verbally agreed to what we requested but had to fill in online form.trying numerous times to fill in their required paperwork on line their system wouldn’t accept certain passwords and on his 3rd attempt of trying to complete form it wouldn’t accept my husbands middle name and kept saying it wasn’t correct!!
Then screen just blocked him out and said his application was denied.
So my husband couldn’t proceed with his operation.
I rang their OMNI number very upset and stressed as was my husband the operative said he would investigate when he came back he said very apologetic that their criteria found my husband was too old !! At 83 fit and healthy ( physically and mentally)and having passed pre operation assessment on the Friday . This is discrimination!!!
THIS MEANT THE SURGERY COULD NOT PROCEED AS SPIRE REQUIRED PAYMENT BY 5 pm THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY
