The payment process was clearly explained and I received warning each month of the money to be paid. Once payments were complete I receive notification that this had happened. I was very happy with the way that this was managed.

Unbelievable complex bureaucratic process to try and manage anything with this cowboy Finance firm. Unnecessary delays built in to the process and too many passwords and accounts thay you need to set up just in order to manage your account online. Avoid.

Very easy to set up as the deal came through Euroseal wnows all I had to do was follow the email to view my account

Disgusting taken money no service. And rude customer service response when ring to ask for money back. Fobbed off. And told they just continue payments of non service. Keep away

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share it so others can make an informed choice. In my opinion, their approach comes across as unprofessional, unclear, and far more focused on protecting themselves than supporting their customers.

I was signed up for finance for my daughter’s home-schooling, and only later did I find out that a key consumer-protection section—one that would normally safeguard customers if a third-party service provider stops delivering what was paid for—was not included in the contract I was given. At no point was this change highlighted or explained to me. This omission left me fully liable for payments even when the service I was financing was no longer being provided.

While they may argue this is all “in the paperwork,” the lack of transparency and clear communication felt incredibly misleading. A company that expects customers to enter into finance agreements should be upfront, honest, and thorough. Instead, my experience left me feeling that their priority was shielding themselves from any responsibility rather than offering fair treatment or genuine support.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend looking for a provider that is open, trustworthy, and transparent about their terms—one that truly puts customers first.

I took an interest free loan with Omni Capital Finance for goods from Sheds.co.uk. Paid my deposit and made interest free payments over 4mths since. They adjusted my initial payment to a time to suit my salary/income to make life easier prior to the first installment (at no charge - otherwise I wouldn’t have asked).

After which everything ran like clockwork. Fantastic lender from my own experience. No hidden or underhanded practices. Everything was explained, upfront and above board.

I actively hope to deal with them again through themselves or one of their merchants.

I have only positive feedback to give about this company. I took out an interest-free loan as a strategic move to boost my credit score, and it paid off. When unexpected health issues forced me to be signed off work in March, I immediately reached out to them to address my reduced income. I consistently spoke with Rebecca during these calls, and her understanding and helpfulness were exemplary. As a result, I successfully paid off the loan on the original due date without any complications. I confidently give them a strong 10 out of 10. Even when Rebecca was unavailable or out of the office, the entire team continued to provide outstanding support.

Rubbish

Had a battle to cancel my plan. After 3 months of forward and back complaints I received a horrid email saying they were never at fault and they had done nothing wrong. I couldn't speak to anyone in regards to getting the issue sorted and was repeatedly told to call. NEVER use!!!

Omni Capital setup with good and timely payments. All sorted and paid well. Then a great ending email confirming account closure. Well done, Thank You.
