Took finance out with Omni Capital via Sk:n clinics. Wasn't made clear to me that this credit was NOT protected by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act should Sk:N go into liquidation.

Lost approximately £800. Use a credit card instead if you can.

Omni Capital - offered no support and I lost both the treatments I paid for and consequently my money too.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Omni Capital Finance for the incredible support they gave me during a really difficult time. I was unable to work due to struggles with my mental health and found myself in a position where I couldn’t keep up with my loan repayments. When I reached out to explain, I was met with such kindness and understanding.
Every person I spoke to was so lovely, empathetic, and non-judgmental — it made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. I’m sorry I can’t remember all of their names, but I do want to give a special mention to Rianne, the last person I spoke with. She was so efficient, patient, and genuinely kind.
It’s rare to come across a finance company that treats people like people, especially during tough times, and I’m truly grateful for the support I received. Thank you again to the team at Omni Capital.

Terrible company...I havnt had any correspondence since I took the loan agreement in 2022...ive tried many times to contact them through all of their telephone numbers but no one answers often waiting on hold for over 20 mins...ive sent several emails regarding my account no one returns emails either..I have had no contact with them in years...so I've cancelled my DD..so they are forced to ring me...just shocking!!..Will never use them again..such a lack of support..communication and information..zero help with your own account..cant even access online as it doesn't recognise my reference number!!!..just nothing!!!!

Useless communication, very eager to get off the chat with me. without answering my questions when I'm needing assistance. then cancel straight away with no response. take your buisness elsewhere these people don't seem to have time for there potential customers

As regulated and serious as arranging a loan has to be Omni have made it easy and light going via their online form. Once I realised each section could be clicked through once I'd found the acceptance tick box it was simple to do and quick. Borrowing money can be worrying but can also be pleasurable as Omni have shown here. Thanks

Everyone I spoke to was very polite and inormative and if they didn't know the answer or were unsure they sought advice from management which I felt was reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for the company and their communication skills were excellent as well as knowing that everything was recorded which gave me a sense of relief. I have high praise for all the staff i have been in contact with they have been amazing and a credit to the company I would definitely contact them again if in the future I required a loan thanks omni
