Luxurious soaking in smaller spaces

Great advice on the phone about size of tub. Bought the click waste (without overflow) despite the high cost and have yet to see if it really works as well as per recommendation. Love the tub and deep soak, perfect size, will be fantastic for showering too. And fits perfectly into my smaller bathroom making it look bigger than with a traditional bath. Had one in my previous home and recreating that now. Delivery was on a pallet, all as expected.

Very very disappointed in the customer…

Very very disappointed in the customer service. First bath went missing and was told off by not informing omnitub earlier. When I informed them I had heart attack and was hospital and obviously this was not a priority no customer care. Now I have had to return one bath and was not informed this was yo be returned to a different address. Absolutely disgusting

Firstly, I’m sorry this situation has been stressful for you, particularly given the health issues you mentioned previously. That was never something we would take lightly.

For clarity, the returns address was provided on our returns page, included in your return confirmation, and reiterated by email on 17th September. We are only able to accept Omnitub returns at our designated returns depot in Lympsham. Returns sent to any other address, including our showroom, cannot be processed.

This is standard procedure for palletised goods of this size, as our showroom is not equipped to receive freight deliveries.

We appreciate that returns can be inconvenient, and we aim to make the process as clear as possible. If there is anything still outstanding, please contact us directly so we can ensure it is resolved correctly.

Couldn’t rate Omnitub high enough

Couldn’t rate Omnitub high enough. Sent a query on WhatsApp as couldn’t deliver to my postcode. Ollie video called me after the gym late evening lifted the block on my post code (shared with the Scottish islands even though we are mainland). He placed the order for me on the Tuesday evening and it arrived Friday morning. Bath in perfect condition, well packaged and even my installer commented on quality! Can’t wait for my first soak 🛁 Thanks Ollie and Omnitub 😀👏🏼

Postcode filters can sometimes group mainland areas with island zones, and I’m glad we were able to sort that quickly for you. When someone wants an Omnitub, geography shouldn’t get in the way.

I’ll always take the call if needed — even post-gym. That’s the advantage of dealing directly with the people who build the tubs. From lifting the delivery restriction to placing the order and getting it with you by Friday morning, that’s how it should feel.

I’m especially pleased your installer commented on the quality. Every Omnitub is handmade here in Somerset with that solid, deep 600mm soak in mind.

You haven’t seen a deep bath until now!

My wife had been looking for a deeper bath and came across omnitub online. We looked into them and watched their videos and took the ‘plunge’ and ordered the 1700 x 750 deep soaking tub.

My plumber read all of the instructions into fitting this bath and quite honestly I can’t believe how much bigger this bath is in the same space as the older bath. Omnitub responded promptly to my WhatsApp questions ahead of my purchase.

When we ordered the tub, I selected the delivery date and it arrived promptly on that date.

Only slight negative is that the delivery is a kerbside drop only so I had to rely on a neighbour to help me safely secure the tub. Maybe an option to pay extra for a secure delivery could be an option in the future.

That said, I highly recommend omnitub if you want to be able to relax to the maximum in your bath!!

Great to hear the videos helped you take the plunge too — we put a lot of effort into making sure people can visualise what they’re getting before committing.

On the kerbside delivery — that’s valuable feedback. Because of the size and weight of a handmade tub, palletised kerbside is the safest standard method, but we’re always reviewing ways to improve the experience and I appreciate you raising it.

Customer service is really poor from…

Customer service is really poor from this company. Missed the delivery date by the company, but no notification or an apology to let me know the delay. I took two days off to sort it out.

If you are ordering the waste from them, please don’t bother. It is a very flimsy plastic item that costs 4 times more than industry leading McAlpine product. We had to return the waste using our own expense. Two weeks after it got delivered back to Ombitub, there was no sign of refund. When asked this through WhatsApp, the guy had the cheek to say he is on holiday and the item is chipped.

Again no further communications from them upon multiple request and I had to claim the money back through credit card company.

The tub seems to be of good quality. Again time will tell. I have not dealt with such arrogant people during my bathroom renovation. Dealt with many other businesses for various purchases, but these guys were the worst.

For clarity, your order (Invoice OMNITUB8349) was delivered on 14 July 2025. The bathtub has been installed and retained, and the separate waste item was returned to us following a report of damage.

The refund for the waste has been under review due to the condition in which it was received. This was communicated at the time. The wider payment dispute currently underway is being handled formally through the card provider’s process, where all documentation, delivery confirmation and correspondence have been supplied.

We take both delivery performance and communication seriously. Where issues arise, we work to resolve them through the appropriate channels and with full transparency.

This is my second tub and the service was just as good the second time round. We've just moved house and I made sure that the first room we did was the bathroom so I could get my deep tub back. Thanks again to all the team at Omnitub for their amazing product and great customer service

None Existing Service

I have been chasing information on the chillers via email countless times to no response.
I called every day last week and got voicemail every single time.
I have been chasing VAT invoices for 3No orders 4 or 5No times now and received no response.
Customer service none existent.

For clarity, VAT invoices are generated automatically upon dispatch of goods. This is standard accounting practice, as invoices can only be issued once items have been shipped. They are sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you haven’t received copies, it may be a spam filter issue or an email address variation. We’re more than happy to resend any documentation immediately.

Regarding calls going to voicemail — during peak dispatch periods our workshop team are often on the floor, but messages are returned. If that hasn’t happened in your case, that’s not the experience we aim to provide.

Excellent deep bathtub

The bathtub is good quality and is perfect fit for our Japanese style (Ofuro) bathroom. The only negative was the extra taxes we had to pay from the UK but this is not the manufactures fault. Big thanks from a happy customer.

Helpful advice prior to purchase

I was unsure about purchasing the Omnitub in case it was too high and myself being short. Called the main number and spoke to Ollie who was very helpful and mentioned modifications once installed such as a step if needed. He called me back promptly as decided to go ahead and ordered everything I needed over the phone. I have yet to use the tub so can't comment on user experience but it has been installed and looks much bigger than it is. I ordered a 1400 x 800. Can't wait to use it and have no doubt it will be cozy and relaxing

Customer relations post sales

Customer relations - I asked for fitting instructions for the bath filler as I wanted to ensure installation was done correctly. Despite an email they failed to reply to after a week, then a long whatsapp conversation with me asking several times, the best answer I got was 'The installer will know how to take it apart to put it on. It’s a straight forward piece'. So if there are any errors in installation I wonder if they will argue that it was not installed to manufacturers instructions

I love my new tub

My order arrived promptly and well packaged. Due to changed availability of labour, it was some weeks before my plumber could install the tub, whilst I was away, It looks amazing (in my tiny bathroom) and I’ve enjoyed several soaks already. I used to bath rarely, choosing to shower all the time, but I will be using my tub weekly at least, as it’s so much better to bath and read in this instead of a conventional bath!

Great Product, Great Colour Matching

Having visited the Omni Tub showroom we were delighted to be able to see the product and check the dimensions and ease of access into the different baths. The colour matching is a great service as we were able to leave a coloured tile with them and the bath panel which was made was a perfect match. Equally I am pleased that having bought the filler system which we could not use due to our plumbing we were given a full refund as agreed.

I’m especially pleased the colour matching worked perfectly. Being able to leave a tile with us and have the bath panel made to match is something we’re really proud of — custom colour work like that helps the whole bathroom feel intentional and considered.

The bath is brilliant

The bath is brilliant - excellent build quality and bright white in colour. Delivery also very good with a very helpful driver dropping off the well packaged and palleted bath.

Also really helpful was the ability to delay delivery - our building works took a ‘little’ longer than expected so it was eight months before we contacted Omnitub to request delivery - they were unfazed!

Awesome product and amazing service

Awesome product and amazing customer service. We purchased a 1200x1200 tub, they have an awesome on hold delivery set up as we didn’t know when our builders would be available. Once we knew the date the Omnitub team made sure the tub was delivered on the specified date and seeing we live in the Isle of Wight that is no mean feat. The tub itself is worth every penny in terms of materials used and build quality. Highly recommend Omnitub to anyone thinking of getting that special bathroom experience.
