Very happy with my tub

Very happy with my tub. Arrived in good time, well packaged and carefully delivered. There was a tiny area of damage on the surround which wasn't obvious until the tub was completely unpacked. I contacted Ollie and this was rectified. It's a great item. Very sturdy and comfortable.
Do as the company requests and examine the tub thoroughly within 48 hours so you can report any problems.

Second time around.

Back in 2002( I think) I purchased one of your soaking baths and installed it in the cottage my wife and I were renovating. 22 years later, our bathroom needs a make over, the bath it has to be said has performed well but was showing it's age, so we ordered a new one, again from omnitub. The purchase, quality, and delivery were just as promised, we are very pleased, thank you.

Whilst your order was missed on the tag for the dispatch which was my error. I did apologise for this and put it on an AM Next Day Delivery for you at no extra charge. Two Stars on this seems rather harsh.

We had to charge for the next day initially due to the need to act fast and as mentioned I would listen back on the calls and if it was genuinely my mistake I'd send the funds back. This was because it would take some time to find the call. We did this and found out it was indeed my error and the funds were returned.

Your review is valid and as at the time I was genuinely sorry for missing the tag on the order when dispatching. This was simply down to user error.

I'm glad you like the tub though. Enjoy 🫶

Quality product and service

The quality of product is superb. Ollie was excellent in responding to my queries in a very timely manner and he delivered all the agreed decisions without difficulties.
I highly recommend the Omnitub for great experience.

Gorgeous bath and great customer service!!

Absolutely fantastic and HUMAN customer services!! This is a very friendly company who will do anything to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. The bath is ANAZING!! We went for the colour moss green and I’m so glad we did! It looks even better in real life, than on the screen. Thank you! If I have the opportunity to buy again, I certainly will!

Bath return process a hassle

I ordered a bath, and returned it because it wasn't what I wanted. I had tried to see if there was a showroom outside of the West of Engand which I could test out getting in and out of the bath but there wasn't, so I had to risk it.
The bath itself which came was good quality. But once it came, it was clear that I needed to build a frame high enough for a waste to fit under it and therefore it seemed too large in my bathroom and difficult to step in and out.
However I paid for the courier service when I bought it and then paid for another to return it, costing about £200 each time. So deciding to return is a costly business.
Even more frustrating, despite the courier returning to Omnitub on 1 August, 27 days later I haven't received any refund. I called and was put through to Ollie, who was holidaying in Turkey, who promised he would chase up the return, but almost two week's later, no action. He clearly doesn't have any cover whilst on holiday.
Only buy this if you are absolutely sure it is the bath for you. A hassle and waste of money otherwise. I hope Omnitub will process my refund and reduce my anxiety over the matter!

Whilst your review was clearly written through frustration I do need to clarify a few points here for readers of the review as it contains a few points which aren't correct.

1 - Shipping to the UK, including Northern Ireland is free of charge for Omnitub orders and whilst waste only orders or panel only orders are chargable it's not £200.

Returning a tub is a difficult process and it does state that buyer pays returns. We recommend Pallet To Go to ship the tub back to us or you could use another provider but it needs to be on the pallet. Your order was returned by a 'man in a van' which is classed as a dedicated run so is always going to be more expensive. It is also worth noting that you're in Scotland so of course a dedicated run man in a van run is going to be literally the most expensive way to send a tub back. So furthermore because this was sent back with a man in a van it had no labels on the return including the order number return so it was difficult to locate the return to an order and then have to process the return after checking for damages.

Our returns state 7 days for checking once shipped back and 7 days to process the funds back. The difficulty here was double edged in that the order wasn't shipped back on a pallet so it took longer and then yes I was on holiday for two weeks which is why this return took longer. I did speak with you whilst I was on holiday where I located the return and had it checked out and then on my first or second day back processed the return.

In relation to the height of the install, the tub measures 1000mm from bottom to top and of course you have to have the trap under the tub. Our waste and trap kits are super low profile but would require up to 100mm under the tub for the trap and pipe out.

Essentially, your return was over 100mm which is absolutley OK as it was within your return period but that's what the return was over according to your review.

I don't have cover. I never said I have cover. I explained this over the phone when we spoke. I take a trip with my family once a year during school holidays and had a 95% success rat ein answering calls throughout this time of being away.

I genuinely think your review is harsh and damaging to our business with a number of untrue statements made whilst also not adhering to returns policy as stated in my reply. Trustpilot won't do anything about the review so I can only hope potential customers ready our reply.

Omnitub SoloPlus a win win

I first contacted Ollie to double check I was ordering the correct bath filler and waste trap. He was super helpful and offered to talk me through the process if I needed it. I chose the pay now deliver later as had to wait for the installation. Everything went smoothly and the bath arrived on the day I had booked with no issues at all.

They must be The Worst Customer Service…

They must be The Worst Customer Service on this Planet.
4 phone calls, 2 emails and still no response.
Having charged me just short off £1000 you would have thought they would have the manners and professionalism to get back to me.
Avoid any dealings with them.

I'm currently in Turkey on vacation and whilst my replies have been high during this time they haven't been 100%. Which you do know because we had a call on Thursday 15th at 1317 which lasted 1 minute and 44 seconds.

Your review states false information when you write "4 phone calls, 2 emails and still no response." So I will flag it accordingly.

I did explain that I can help you on this case of you ordering the incorrect waste. I also told you clearly that the easiest thing for you to do was to order the new waste with the overflow, yes that is with the overflow and not without the overflow which is what was on your original order.

I have stated that whilst this is over the stated returns period of over 100% that I will accept the return but because I am out of the country and only minimal access to my machine in the mornings that it will be easier to order a new waste and we can sort the return when I am back week commencing 24th August.

To clarify, it's 20th August and you haven't ordered the waste.

Had enough time to leave a one star review though.....

Charging £95 for a small replacement part & £9.97 for Evri small parcel!

Because I hadn’t checked when my bath was delivered, it turned out a box was missing (lost by the pallet company in transit as the delivery crate was all broken). I paid £95 for a small waste set replacement. And on top of that £9.97 for next day delivery which turned out to be EVRI which turned out to be 5 days! Omnitub Is quick to sell but is not charming or helpful when things go wrong.
Thank you for your reply, but I didn’t know I could source the waste from anywhere.
We have a very good plumbing and bathroom supply in our town and I didn’t know I could go and buy it there. I wasn’t told.
Also, I should mention Royal mail delivers overnight guaranteed to our town even though we are in the far north of Scotland. By choosing Evri it was the worst possible choice.
The many times on the phone was because I was trying to chase you to give me the tracking link

I absolutely accept it was my fault for not checking the initial delivery, but I couldn’t have done it within 48 hours anyway as my dog was dying in an Edinburgh hospital and I had to rush down there for four days which is 300 miles away

PS My Omnitub bath is finally installed and is absolutely wonderful. Shame about the rubbish delivery company.

To clarify here for readers of this review, your starting postcode is KW so for those who aren't aware it's literally the further point north of the United Kingdom.

Shipping to this address on parcel delivery does take longer 99% than England, Scotland and Wales.

Your order was personally packed and shipped by myself so it went on the earliest possible run.

In regards to the initial order, it was delivered on 19th March and you reported the waste wasn't present during the last couple of days of July.

We simply can not replace items which can not be located outside of the checking period which is stated on the website and on the pallet itself.

Omnitub wastes are not propriatory. You could have sourced a waste from another provider. Perhaps on in KW postcode which would have eliminated your time for delivery. There are many wastes on the market.

To clarify, it was a waste and trap kit which your purchased. I have spent a long time on the phone and on WhatsApp with you regarding this matter so to suggest in your review that we're quick to sell something but not fix it is simply not a true and accurate statement.

Awesome bath I absolutely love it.

Omnitub make amazing baths. I was a bit worried that a 1050x750mm deep-soaking bath would be uncomfortable and too small (I'm 6 foot 3), but because it's so deep (650mm) the water comes up to my neck and I feel weightless. Such a great bath.
