Really great quality bath that fits in…

Really great quality bath that fits in the small space we need it to. It retains the heat well and is deep enough to cover me when sitting and reading a book. Great service, they rearranged delivery to work around our fitters.

I am very happy with the Bath .It…

I am very happy with the Bath .It finally arrived on Monday morning.
However I was very displeased with lack of communication of delivery company. Why in the name of goodness could they not sent me simple emails and their phone number so that I could learn what was going on.
I would be very grateful if you would send me full instructions for the bath’s installation.

Absolutely delighted with our Omnitub…

Absolutely delighted with our Omnitub bath! Our plumber was very impressed with the quality and how easy it was to install. I would definitely recommend these baths.
Great communication from the company especially regarding delivery.

Expert advice from Ollie

Having what's app and telephone chats with Ollie certainly helped in the buying process and delivery was spot on.

No hesitation to recommend

Great customer service and excellent quick delivery, worth doing just for this.

But the real kicker is the range. Such a lot of options, they were the only company I could find that would supply a bath that fit the space I needed. Their knowledge of the range is so extensive, and the video on their website (with those poor guys climbing in and out of baths all morning!!) was also very helpful!!

Water pools in the middle of the bath?

I have had an omnitub fitted last week, and despite the bath being properly fitted, the water pools at the bottom of the bath.

I checked with a level, and it seems like the bath has a counter slope right before the draining hole. My plumber and I made videos that clearly show the problem and we have emailed those to the company omnitub a week ago, and we still haven't heard anything back.

The work was completed as I live in a one bed flat and can not afford to not have a bathroom for an extended period of time.

The lack of responsiveness and cooperation from the company basically left me in a limbo.

It's a bath that costs just under 1000 pounds.

I would have expected a more responsive customer service. I would have liked them to get back to me quickly and be cooperative assessing the issue, but instead they just ignored us.

This left us with an entire bathroom job done around a bath with a default and Omnitub taking no responsibility in that.

I am not an ignorant customer, I had an other plumber assessing the placement of the bath. The bath is well placed.

I am not too sure of what happened but the lack of responsiveness and cooperation is completely unprofessional

Alix, I appreciate and understand how frustrating this must be for you as the customer of the installer who purchased the tub from us. I did however question immediately over the phone why this tub had been installed before testing the run. Now to clarify I have zero and I mean zero issued with the 1250 x 750 moulds we produce from. This is not a tub issue. If it were it would be the case with every single 1250 x 750 we sell. So whilst I appreciate you are annoyed at Omnitub Ltd because you have a tub which isn't draining properly it is actually because it hasn't been installed correctly. Sending me an image with a tiny level on does not count as being installed correctly. There is no way this was tested prior to sealing in and finishing off the isntallation which is wild and actually the issue you have. The issue is not with the product. But with your installer. I am sorry this has happened to you but if you ask any other person who installs tubs they will nod in our direction on this. The tub was not tested prior to sealing in. Had your installer tested this then it would have been rectified prior to sealing in and you wouldn't be in this position. I did speak with Chris regarding this and yes I have been extremely busy on the phones which is standard practice as we're a busy company. Your upset and blame is with the installer and customer of ours. Not with ourselves. I have however further tested our moulds and production pieces this week and no alterations were requried. I hope this very public and viewed explanation explains further.

Order placed on 26 April and email received to say order was shipped. Trap only delivery.
Not received and queried with company, automatic email received one week later on 3 May to say Order shipped. No communication or apology from company in relation to order not being shipped on time.

Good customer service

Good customer service. Suggest some tweaking with the online ordering process would be good (preferred delivery date choice was not available, so had to go to customer services to book the date). Items delivered on time by helpful delivery person.

Couldn’t be better

Much delayed posting.
Our tub is out of this world. I can’t imagine a better bathing experience. Deep, wide, actual bathing. Heat retention.
I was helped on the phone with what I needed to order, and it arrived on time.
Small hiccup in being sent a tub with an overflow, swiftly rectified and swapped out in good time.
Our plumber was also assisted with video help as we trimmed the edge of ours for space saving.

Great company to deal with very…

Great company to deal with very helpful. Delivery on time well packaged. Updates from driver when close to drop off great.
We had a slight issue and Ollie dealt with it quickly and professionally can’t ask any more. if you want a deep soaking bath this is the only company to use great product.
