Firstly I’d like to thank Niall for taking the time to explain the entire process to me as a first time buyer. Niall found us the most suitable lender whilst ensuring that the principles of the mortgage suited us best. He also found us applicable insurances to ensure that should we fall on hard or unfortunate times, our home won’t be an issue. Jordan and Michael also both provided plenty of correspondence to ensure that we were both kept in the loop with where we were in the process and also called following completion to make sure we were completed and content. Extremely professional business and so polite and courteous. They are based in South Wales but I bought in Telford, and the entire process was handled over the phone, so do not let your location limit you from using this great service.
