Regarding security issues, all our payments are collected by Barclays Bank, not by us. Their system is extra secure, providing service to more than 800 online retailers like us.

Customer Service
I have book a hotel in Shanghai through Onhotels.com but it take 48 to send the reservation confirmation to the hotel which take too Long. I wish Onhotels need to look into the matter and improve it but I like the customer service they have assisted me promptly on my request. Keep it up and thank you so much for your service. After this try my credit card was cloned

Resort fee mixup
While booking hotel in Vegas, the webpage claimed all fees and hotel costs were included, turns out it wasn't. Price almost doubled at check in, and hotel said I'd have to take it up with I hotels, which I intend to do. So far, not very impressed, and will use other site for my next booking.

CHEAPEST PRICE I COULD FIND ON THE 'NET
The hotel I booked was significantly cheaper on the onhotels website. I have never used nr heard of this company before but the savings available persuaded me to try it. Everything happened as expected and I was sent a confirmation email and voucher for the hotel. I will use again if they have an hotel in the area where I'm looking.
