Fantastic customer service and very reliable
Had a problem with my hotel in Italy.....the hotel had closed months after I had made my booking. Checked into a more expensive hotel. They took care of everything, phoned me in my new hotel and paid the extra money. Thank you so much. Will use again. Great customer service.

Bad service and very expensive
No body charges as much as you do for cancellation. No body!
It's usually charge-free to cancel hotel. But in those cases with charges, they don't do as much as 100%. you only give one day time to cancel, (which still 10% charge) and after this only day, you charge 100%. thats insane. I will never use your service anymore. And I don't recommend anyone to do so.

Thanks for your review Very Angry Customer. We are sorry your experience with us hasn't been satisfactory. The cancellation policy for every reservation is clearly stated during the booking process. Usually, bookings with no cancellation fee tend to be more expensive than those with fees.
Unfortunately, your booking had a pretty strict cancellation fee as the booking date and the check-in date were very close in time.
Reliable company offering competitive rates with good customer service
We used this company twice last week to book a couple of hotels in Marrakech. In both occasions they were the cheapest compared to other comparison sites. I rang the customer service to confirm the hotel name which was slightly different in the confirmation email. The agent was polite and professional. We would use onhotels.com again and would recommend it to anyone else to use. Thank you. M&A from yorkshire

Best price and easy to book.
Having decided which hotel we wanted to stay in, I then went about looking for the best price. The price with onhotels was over £100 cheaper than the next best offer, for three nights with breakfast. It was easy to book online and I received a confirmation email and voucher to present at the hotel. Everything went smoothly when we arrived to check-in and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend onhotels.

totally unacceptable standard of service!
I recently booked a night in London as meeting friends for a Christmas get together! So I wanted a cheap but good hotel and decided on the Beaconfields hotel near seven sisters.
When I arrived with my booking confirmation they told me they hadn't received my booking and were full with nothing they could do to help me! They then said that they don't take the money for the room but my account says otherwise!!
I have since rung the helpline to get my money refunded and they haven't done anything about it still nearly 2 weeks later!! Very poor service and I will not be using them again and would not recommend to anyone!
