I have worked here for a few months now and it was one of the most amazing environments I've been at. Wonderful leadership team, and always striving for decency over the phone. These guys turned me into a great salesman whilst teaching the proper etiquette over the phone. They aren't a scam lol, real people work here. 10/10 workplace.

Zero stars. Company repeatedly cold calls. Blocking doesn’t work, they just use a different number. This company is a scam.

I am on the do not call register. So don't call me soliciting services. I have reported to do not call register to make formal complaint and suggest others that are on the do not call register to do the same.

Im on the do not call register, have lodged a complaint the the DNCR.
Advise others to lodge a complaint.
You can also go to their website and fill a form in to remove your number.

I couldn’t help but leave a positive review due to having my first call from them today. I had this incredibly lovely lady on the phone.
She said her name was Ocean I believe.

The only reason I stayed on the call is because of her. Her customer service was excellent. I only bother with reviewing a place if it’s actually worth it. She was one of the most kindest, coolest and considerate customer service ladies I’ve experienced. She made me laugh a few times too. Very down to earth yet professional. I wish more people were like her.

She was prompt, professional and absolutely bloody friendly. This lady needs a pay rise.
She sounds like she actually wants to be at work. Love it. Keep it up whoever you are miss Ocean.

Every single day - I get calls from this crowd, Optichoice. I block, then they call the next day from another number. I have asked nicely that they stop calling me as I'm not interested, but they persist. Such a damn nuisance to be hounded by these clowns day in, day out !

Optichoice = SPAM! 😠 Despite multiple requests to stop calling, they persist. Incessant and unwanted contact. Avoid!
One star is too much of a rating for Optichoice.

This company persistently calls when we have advised them REPEATEDLY that we are not interested!

Pest!!!! Stop calling my number OPTICHOICE. I did not give permission to call my number. It keeps calling back despite my phone rejecting this number 0489-991-317

This company supposedly offer a comparison of health insurance plans (the product they're selling). However they call repeatedly from different numbers, to the point of harassment. Even after you explain you're not interested and request they remove your number from their database. Bunch of pests!

I am fed up with receiving constant calls from this place. I have now done what they suggest when I've called the number back and asked via email optout.... to remove my phone number from future calls. In the email I have also stated that once this is Actioned they are not to then use the email address to contact me. If they then do this I will certainly report them further up the line....

They just keep ringing from different numbers so blocking the number doesn't help. When trying to tell the caller you are not interested they just do not shut up and keep on with their spiel so I just hang up.

Absolute pests.
Will ring you on multiple mobile numbers when you're not expecting and won't take you off registries. Just keep blocking their individual numbers.

An organisation with the charm of a pesky moss on a hot summer day. They will ring you non stop from multiple numbers until you get a brain tumour. When you pick up it’s the same old dodo, up to their usual sales tactic and repetitive commentary. Every time I hear them blabbering on about health insurance comparisons I need CPR as I’ve stopped breathing and died half way.

Time to dig out the ol' school recorder and belt out a couple of bars of 'I should be so lucky'.

Will not stop calling. Asking them to remove me from calling list 7 times total as of just now.

Please stop calling! You will better off promoting it on social media as to how and why is it better than any health insurance etc

If I could give a 0 I would, constant calls despite being on do not call register, asked them multiple times to stop calling me, yet they still continue to off different numbers, when I say I’m at work, they reply “so are we” and continue trying to talk.

Annoying company buying illegal mobile numbers and calling people to change health insurance. Unethical and provide zero value

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called multiple times most days for at least the last year. I block all new numbers but still the calls come. Beginning to feel like harassment and I’ve asked multiple times to be taken off the call list.
