Constant calls from new numbers, advised that I do not want to be contacted again but somehow still getting contacted.
If I want to do a private health comparison I would do it privately and in my own time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are a nuisance and once they have your number they will call you consistently, even if you are registered in the Do Not Call register. It's disgusting that companies like this can get away with this behaviour. It's harassment and you guys need to stop!!!

Had an unsolicited call from them. Just told me her name no company. I asked the name of the company and she told me. I said I couldn't talk and she was very sarcastic. Didn't hang up properly and I could hear her laughing at the call.

Unsolicited call from a very sarcastic caller when told the call was not appropriate and that I did not want them calling. Further sarcasm when advised that my number is on the do not call register. Compaint lodged with Do No Call register. I would advise othes do the same.

I don't know how they got my number but they call daily. I block the number they call from then they are calling me from a new one. It's relentless. I think I blocked 15 numbers from them and they kept coming. I have filled in the do not call form from their website so let's see what happens. I'm not hopeful and fell I've just handed over more information to them to see on.

When is someone going to report and sanction this company? They are as bad as scammers! Every number is different so blocking them does not work, I have just screamed down the phone at the caller. Pease, I am 80 years of age and still working at an honest job. I deserve better. Australia deserves better. Please get a real job !

If I could give minus 5 stars for this annoying irrelevant company I would. Rang on a work phone very rude when I kept asking who she was because ITS A WORK PHONE and then became abusive and very rude when I explained it's a work phone and to remove the number from the database. She then gave me a spray about identifying work when she called me!!! We then got a whole heap of silent calls from same number till we blocked it then requested our phone to be removed. Borderline harassment. One call, no thank you..not 5 calls in 30 minutes till you are not so polite.

Well, I don't normally answer unknown numbers but I am expecting another call today...
The lady was quite rude, I told her my husband was away and u would discuss our current healthcare with him. She asked if she could call back, I said no... then at the end of the call, " it was to my detriment" then hung up... well, after that call ended abruptly i called her every rotten name under the sun... don't call back!!!!

Horrible. They keep calling me almost every day from random numbers and I can't get rid of them.

It's pretty funny how they keep calling me from different numbers, and I just keep not answering. It really shows how desperate they are!

Someone from Optichoice just called me and I made a comment that I do not know why people from Optichoice keep calling me. She asked me if I feel good now and then called me an idiot. Wow!

This company called me soo many times, even I have blocked the incoming number however they called in from different numbers all the time, making number blocking almost impossible.
Once I picked up the call and said I am not interested with any their product, the guy just hang up without saying a word.
This is a rubbish company with cold calling scam tactics…

This company is awful. They will call you from a variety of different mobile numbers. I have sent them a request to stop and they still keep calling.

Persistent. Called many times. I told them I was happy with my current policy. They found a policy that did not offer like for like. Told me it was like for like. You miss out on any sign up bonuses the health insurers offer so that's their commission. These guys only need to sign up one caller a day to cover their wages. Do your own research and see if they can beat HCF.

As I just browsed over some other reviews I’ve noticed nearly all have same experience to me.
They call me repeatedly (at least 3/4 times per week always from a different mobile number!! As soon as I answer and they introduce themselves as such&such from Optishite I hang up and block the number immediately, I legitimately have blocked 30x optichoice number I. The last 4x weeks.
I’m trying to run a small construction business and each of these call I feel could be a potential customer so having to deal with this harassment instead is soul destroying!!
I have also asked several times to take my number out of their system but obviously they just love cold calls and wasting everyone’s time.

Had missed several calls from this company. Answered today, told her I was happy with my current health insurer, she persisted, I sighed, she said .. "you can huff and puff all you want, I'm doing this for your benefit, not mine". Then she hung up.
