Never arrived

Unfortunately till this moment have not received my order. I have contacted you since 03/May with the issue and till this moment it is not resolved. I find it quite awkward for an order of 86£ to be delivered with a simple Royal Mail

Cute but crappy quality

I ordered two umbrellas. One is faulty. I emailed ODH to find out how they are going t resolve the defective item they shipped to me. They are as silent as the duck head.
The umbrella is cute looking, but it is of poor quality, especially when it has a dodgy mechanism and they do not do anything to resolve the issue.

Let It Rain

Due to shipping problems during pandemic times, my umbrella was late in arriving.. I received immediate support from Original Duckhead. Shortly afterwards, it arrived, in perfect condition. I love when it rains now. Thank you Duckhead Company!!
