Parcel showing as delivered but has been sat in DPD warehouse for a week and counting

Thank you for the feedback.
Unfortunately DPD are having major delivery problems at the moment and we are struggling to obtain confirmed delivery dates from them. Normally we would re-ship however the same issue will happen due to the volumes they are currently moving. We can either refund and re-consign the parcels when they are found to our warehouse, or re-ship in January when they are hopeful things will settle down.
The Team will make contact to discuss further.

I ordered a barbell on 28th November and I still don't have the order. You said it was sent out twice but DPD still have not delivered. I was told yesterday and again today but as yet nothing. Shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for an order I have paid for? Where is my barbell?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we have been let down by DPD with your delivery, after the first delivery went missing we did arrange a second despatch however DPD have advised delivery was attempted and a calling card left. If this has not been the case we can only apologise and one of the Team will look into this again now.
Brilliant experience from start to finish
After alot of online research i found origin to be the most competitive on rubber flooring black friday deals.I called up after ordering to seek reassurance I was buying the right flooring for my needs and had a long conversation with one of the team who not only confirmed I'd made the right choice, but also took a genuine interest in what I was doing with my home gym setup and gave lots of great advice. Ordered two dumb bell weights for my…
Ordered two dumb bell weights for my son's Christmas.
One arrived in a broken cardboard box and was just left on my doorstep. I walk with the aid of a crutch and found it extremely difficult to lift it into my flat.
The second one I found lying on my doorstep with only a piece of cellophane wrapped round the middle of it. This weight arrived more than a week later.
