STILL WAITING ON DELIVERY!!!
I bought and paid for some weight plates with no delivery date given but I didn’t know that until after I paid. 7 days later I haven’t heard anything about an estimated delivery date etc but you’ve sent me a ‘how did we do review’ are you on drugs???

Still waiting/ no communication
Ordered an axel bar, got all the confirmation through but it's now 4 days since the last communication from Origin to confirm dispatch and DPD to say that their driver was running late.
Overall really disappointed so far and not convinced I'd use Origin again.

I will arrange for a replacement bar to be sent out today and request DPD return the original, I can only assume the original bar has been lost by them.

Excellent products
The service was fantastic and supported by knowledgable staff. They gave light hearted teasing around my lifting weight and didn’t try to pressure me into buying more than I needed. The items were delivered over two dates due to awaiting stock, and once received they were as expected. I’m very happy with the purchase overall.
